Ordered a salted caramel, chocolate cake for my partner's birthday. He loved it so much we bought a birthday cake for his mum too. Both cakes were delicious and the staff were really helpful! My partner's mum is wheat-free and it was no trouble at all for them to make a wheat-free version. Will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Sweet Tooth Factory baked goods are just PURE JOY! I especially LOVE their Red Velvet Cake. I have travelled to many places in the world and am YET to find a Red Velvet Cake that has a taste that remotely compares to this one. After ordering several cakes from Sweet Tooth Factory (which never disappoint) we decided to request our wedding cake from them too. It was absolutely PERFECT and more than we could have asked for. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish, they are so helpful and absolute professionals at what the do. The result, an incredible vanilla sponge cake with raspberry jam, buttercream icing and white chocolate drop. Honestly the best cake I've ever had and the guests all said the same! Such amazing service and always super friendly communication whilst ordering and collecting/ delivering the order. I definitely recommend Sweet Tooth Factory for any occasion- they are the absolute best! Thank you Sweet Tooth Factory!!

Our wedding cake was done by Sweet Tooth Factory 9 years ago. I ordered recently a cheese cake for my wife's anniversary and it was even better than we remembered (and our expectations were very high). The staff is very quick to respond to enquiry and flexible. These people not only make wonderful cakes that taste absolutely heavenly, but they are also incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating. I live in Vienna, Austria and because of Covid I was not able to visit my sister on her birthday this year. Kaelie is the most talented Baker and creates stunning cakes. Kaelie supplied our coffee shop and the cakes not only create a beautiful display but they taste amazing too! Our faithful customers returned regularly for their favourite slice. Recently Kaelie baked a cake for a family members' big birthday and it looked so special. We are looking forward to seeing the Christmas menu soon and will be putting in our orders!

I requested a Hey Duggee cake for my sons 1st birthday and Sweet Tooth made an absolutely fabulous looking and especially lovely tasting cake. Never thought a birthday cake could taste so good. Thank you so much to the team at Sweet Tooth Factory.

We are world travelers and have quite literally sampled cakes and desserts from all over the world. We encountered your stand at the South Bank market and the red velvet cake is very delicious. Moist with just the right amount of sweetness but not overpowering. It was so good we went back and got the carrot cake as well. The two girls working the stand were an absolute delight and were great at customer service (which is uncommon in London). Will have to visit your stand when we come back to London next year.

We went to the Southbank stall and was initially greeted by a smile from the first man serving and the enticing cakes on display. Then your husband appeared and elevated the experience. We were not sure whether the cakes were moist but he reassured us that they would be and from initially thinking to try one or two slices ended up with a bag full of cakes. The vegan chocolate cake was lovely and moist. Initially I was disappointed as I wanted it to be more chocolatey but that faded straight away as it is exactly the right amount of chocolate especially when you add some of the icing which was beautiful. The uncut lime and coconut cake was exactly as your husband had sold it and well worth trying as it was very light and moist. It was so so moist and light that we didn't feel like we were over indulging. The lemon and blueberry with the poppy seeds was very delicious, so pretty and again moist. really loved the lemon zing. The carrot cake which he unveiled also unsliced was truely beautiful. Though I and my friend's mum love carrot cake this carrot cake was stunning, moist and so so tasty. Nicest I've had. The red velvet cupcake was also enjoyed particularly the icing. I know I've mentioned moist a lot but we love cakes so when you have the best you know what you do and don't want. We were not disappointed and will definitely be back to try the rainbow slice and one or two of the cheesecakes. Great customer service and great tasting products. Thank you. .

We had the rainbow cake, nutella and banana brownie and oreo cupcake from the Southbank stall. Quite literally the most amazing cakes/brownie we have ever had and your husband is brill and genuinely enthusiastic and humble about your team's achievements. My kids were delighted to eat cakes about the same size as them! What volume do you need to order for a delivery?!

I found this place at a booth in the Southbank Market. Both of the gentlemen working there were super friendly and the cheesecake I had was fantastic! It had layers of Oreo crumble, salted caramel and red velvet ; you can't get much better than that. It's a bit expensive for one pice of cake but it's well worth the splurge.
