I’ve ordered my birthday cake and two trays of mixed Italian sweet pastries and they were so delicious! All my friends were very happy with the selection and the quality. The guys from The Good Rice Italian Bakery even delivered to my place at no extra cost. I was amazed and very happy with the service, the quality of the food and also with the very reasonable price. YOU CAN’T MISS IT!!! I felt in love with pretty much everything especially the Arancina and Cannoli. REAL ITALIAN FOOD HANDMADE not like many place of fake italian food. Perfect even for take away as is close to Regent Park and you can get and amazing picnic there. Next party I will definitely order to them and my friends will love it!!! Extremely tasty and very good price. The guys there are also genuinely kind and professional!

Best-kept-secret to grab takeaway food near Regent's Park; great selection of savoury Sicilian delicacies such as this popular brioche with burrata, mortadella and pistachio bechamel (£6); also focaccias, gelato, cassatine, graffe/doughnuts and 2 sizes of cannoli filled upon order.

This is a very good place...food looks wonderful. We've only tried the cassava so far but that was delicious and the coffee excellent. The savouries look fresh and rather tempting...solution...come back for more. This little cafe is very near the excellent Engine Room, St Bede's Hall where I've just recently relocated my Pilates Matwork classes into fabulous surroundings. Now that I've checked out the cafe I have somewhere equally good to recommend to my students for coffee/food, before/after class...just up the road and around the corner...4 minutes on foot.

A colleague recommended this place to us and I'll be forever grateful to them! The Good Rice is a lovely italian bistro, offering sicilian specialties. The choice is always wide and has plenty of vegetarian options. Everything is full of flavour because it's crafted daily in the kitchen. It's definitely cheap as well, with £10/15 you would walk out pretty full and satisfied.

Really loved the pistachio croissant — the filling was rich without being overly sweet and it was just AMAZING!! The Sicilian pasta was not bad, portions are very generous. Amazing pastry-delicatessen close to Regent's Park. You can find amazing pastry, cake and proper Italian dishes as arancine, cassata, cannoli, and stuffed brioches, sweet and savoury and many other things. This is the first REAL Italian pastry and delicatessen I found in London. I strongly recommend The good rice. The service is also very good and the all the guys are very friendly. 5 stars are not enough.

I bought two pistachio croissants from their sweet pastries selection and it was tasty! The inside was generously stuffed with pistachio cream and the croissant is massive! One croissant is enough for two people!

Absolutely amazing. Popped out for lunch in an area of London I don't usually work in so looked on Google maps for nearest eateries...what a find. I am going to make it my mission to go out of my way to pass by there again. Extremely friendly staff and the lightest dough I have ever had, I wish I could make bread like that. I didn't try any of their sweet treats but that will be rectified on my next visit

We came by yesterday mid morning and we were so pleasantly surprised! The street where the shop is located looks unassuming but as you approach the window and see what's on offer, you can't help but be tempted. The friendly owner talked us through what everything was and we settled on a mortadella/mozzarella/bechemal/pistachio brioche (i think that was it!) and a pistachio croissant - we ate both in absolute silence we were that blown away by the taste! The mortadella brioche in particular was the most amazing thing I've eaten - incredible textures and tastes. There were so many sweet and savoury pastries and ice cream too, I can't wait to come back to try some more. Such a great find if you're wanting a quick coffee and something sweet, or stocking up on things to picnic on in nearby Regents Park. It really made my day finding this place!!

Great variety of amazing Italian food, pastry and cakes - my favourite is the pistachio cream filled croissant but literally everything I had so far is top quality at very reasonable prices. I make detours when traveling in central London only to eat here and my two young kids insist in cycling there most weekends for the pastry. A gem hidden away in a quiet street near Euston, Warren St and Regents Park. Highly recommended!

I found it on insta and since I love arancini we decided to try, so many other good things and the arancini are big and full, the focaccia are quality and so full of flavor, cannolo was huge and so fresh, the coffee was amazing too! It is the perfect place for good Sicilian food, and italian pastries, very polite and the food is excellent. Their cakes are exceptionally delicious. Should get his priority right it says open on Mondays and its closed, I went there because it says open here on the Google map, should put closed. I went there today and was a bit angry, I wasted my time going there.

Great cafe in a quiet street off Regent's Park. They serve proper Sicilian treats. Both savoury and sweet. Great for pistachio and Nutella lovers. Expect to find freshly baked ciambelle, sfogliatelle, granita, gelato, and also freshly cooked arancini, caponata... And the sfincione is to die for. I just demolished a whole rosemary focaccia. This cafe is the closest to Palermo you're going to get this summer until flights start again.

I wasn't expecting much as I walked in. It turned out to be one of the best Italian cafe ( technically a takeaway ) in London. The 2 co-owner care towards creating that space is hard to miss. They clearly love what they do, and that's something I don't get to see in the world of catering.🏆

A very nice little Italian café on the former site of Jessop's bakery on Robert Street, NW1. I ordered a plate of their own recipe macaroni and cheese. It was delicious. They don't take orders on the phone or via any takeaway apps, though.

Excellent. I’m sicilian, from Palermo and I can say the quality is very high even compared to most of the place in Sicily. I’ve tried pasta, calzoni, arancine, cannoli, cassata: everything so freaking good!

Got here just before it closed when there wasn't much left: this is fine and I was expecting that. What I wasn't expecting is that everything I got tasted like it came straight from Italy. Bold flavours, fresh tasting, etc. The saffron cookies, for instance, really smelled intensely of saffron. Excellent stuff.
