Learnt so much from this course. Has put my mind at ease as I will be making my daughter’s wedding cake soon. Louise is infinitely patient, knowledgable, encouraging and ensures you go home feeling a lot more confident than you were. This is my third course with this company and under Louise’s tutelage. l had the most amazing dark chocolate and rum cake made for my 50th birthday on Christmas Day. I’ve used the unique cake company twice now and have absolutely loved both cakes and cannot fault a single thing about their service, and more importantly the cakes! Deciding on the cakes was so easy and simple, using WhatsApp and Facebook messenger made it so much easier to chat over ideas. What can we say, but wow and epic. This was the first time my Dad and I had used The Unique Cake Company and we were so overwhelmed with my Mums cake. We spent half an hour discussing the design and look of the cake and left the rest to Claire. In only 8 days she came up with a masterpiece that was exactly what we wanted. Absolutely incredible service from tasting all the way through to delivery and setup. Amazingly helpful and responsive staff who took on board all of our requests and communicated well. Also, really understanding and helpful when we had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID. Cake looked great and tasted amazing.
