Charray made a wonderful cake for my wife's 50th birthday at very short notice. Despite record temperatures which made it very difficult she came up with a wonderful designed and finished cake. I would highly recommend using this lovely lady as she has a real talent in cake design and trys very hard to make it relevant for the persons celebration.
