In a word Wow! What a visual and gastronomic delight. From start to finish Sobia and Jez were an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and every request was taken in their stride. To prepare and layout a buffet for a 100 people on the hottest day of the year was no mean feat but they did it in such a calm and professional way. All dietary requirements were catered for, labelled clearly and looked and tasted amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to give their function the wow factor, my photos do not do it justice and the smell was divine.
