Absolutely loved the chocolate Fortnite themed cake for my boy. The kids were all in awe. Louise made it eggless and even added in a sprinkle of Ferrero Rocher's on request. Appreciate it's not easy running a home business like this with kids which made it difficult for her to deliver the cake to the venue - made me incredibly nervous driving around with a cake, and meant the surprise went put the window for my boy as I could only pick it up on the way to the venue. It's the only reason I've made this 4*, otherwise, Louise was amazing and the cake was incredible and with delivery it would easily have been 5* from me! Thank you! Will definitely be looking to order again in future

I just had the most amazing baby shower yesterday and it was all because of Louise and her wonderfully crafted cakes. All of my guests were amazed on how beautiful and delicious her cakes are. She set up a really lovely dessert table and used all of her talents to make it look delightful. She made all of her cakes gluten-free so everyone can enjoy it. You can even request for a vegan version of her cakes and i assure you, they are still delicious even without any dairy products or eggs. I highly recommend her service and i have shared to all of my friends her contact details so they could use her services. And again, thank you very much Miss Muffin for all the lovely cakes you have provided for my party.

Can't praise Louise enough!! She produced the most exquisite cake to look at and eat and did it with only 3 days notice!! Everyone was in awe of the unicorn cake that she masterfully created, it was truly a delight for all the senses!! It was so detailed and pretty with a moist, delicious sponge, perfect buttercream and crisp, chewy meringues - absolutely divine!! Would recommend Louise in a heartbeat as not only is she an extremely creative and talented baker, she is also very kind and helpful with her advice and ideas!! It's a shame I live in Kent so can't get Louise to bake cakes more often for my family events but thanks so much Louise for making an unforgettable cake!!

Due to being so unorganised, I left it to the very last minute to get some cupcakes for my fiancé’s Birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for Louise and she pulled out all the stops. The cupcakes looked and tasted amazing. So amazing in fact, that I have just asked if she can do a cupcake tower for my wedding! You will not get better service (or cupcakes) than this. Given a three star as I found the customer service poor. I’ve had cupcakes from Miss Muffin before and they were lovely so I asked her to design a cake for my dads 60th, something fishing related. She wasn’t helpful at all. Told me to look at her page to see what I wanted, didn’t give me any suggestions. I gave her loads of ideas to which she came back with nothing then said her cakes weren’t suited to what I was looking for. This was rubbish, she just couldn’t be bothered. After our conversation she posted a huge variety of cakes. Shame but based on the service I won’t be buying again.
