I just wanted to say a huge "THANK YOU" to Rach's cakes for 'going above and beyond' for me today. Having the entire household come down with Covid, I ordered a letterbox selection of brownies late on Saturday with "express delivery", in the vague hope that they might arrive on or at least near my husband's birthday on Monday. I really didn't hold out too much hope, being so late in ordering, but asked the question anyway! I was completely blown away, when at 10am on Monday, I took receipt of the parcel!!! My husband was absolutely delighted with them. Having felt so poorly all weekend, this was such an amazing and welcome surprise. They look absolutely delicious and we look forward to trying them later....I only hope we can taste them!!! Thank you again....5 stars truly deserved, in my opinion. A fantastic service. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend your fantastic customer service, and gorgeous homemade brownies.

I needed a decent sized cake for a family gathering and after chatting with Rachel, I went for the large size Chocolate Twix cake. It was beautiful, both in appearance and taste and I got 14 really generous slices from it. It went down a treat with everyone and I will definitely be back for more! Amazing cakes. So far, we have enjoyed the Brownie tray bake (best we have ever tasted) and the Cupcakes. I think our young granddaughter hit the nail on the head, when asked if she liked the cakes she said, they were AMAZING and DELICIOUS. Thank You Rachel and Mark. Very professional and friendly service! I contacted Rach the night before my girlfriend's birthday as we had last minute change of plans and she went out of her way to bake cupcakes the next morning in such short notice for our special occasion. Pick up was easy, profession and had a lovely chat with her when I arrived. The packaging and presentation of the cupcakes looked amazing! Will definitely buy more next time! This lovely lady can not only bake fantastic cakes, she’s also very accommodating, polite and patient, making buying a birthday cake to a friend, whilst being in another country myself, to a very welcome and friendly experience I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone. Rach has been absolutely amazing! my order was a last minute decision needing delivery in 2 days, which she kindly agreed to bake. The recipient, then told me he would not be at home on the morning of delivery! When I messaged Rach she was so kind and offered to freeze the cake and deliver the following week. I’m delighted to take the time to write this review. Rachel was so very helpful in making my elderly mother’s birthday really very very special this week. Covid means that my sisters and I are unable to visit and make her feel special which we would normally do. I was so relieved to find Rachel! And what a find she was! Rachel baked the most perfect and beautiful cupcakes. Truly beautiful. She kindly listened to my requests re the flavour of the cakes and was prepared to make half the cakes carrot cake, my mums favourite! Rachel is very flexible and happy to really listen to what is required re the actual decorations of the cakes. The outcome was incredibly personal cakes which were so gratefully received by a quite tearful old lady!! Finally please forgive the pun the ‘icing on the cake’ Rachel was prepared to deliver on a Sunday her actual birthday! A brilliant service, from a kind and genuine lady who appears to really care about her customers. Will definitely be using Rach’s Cakes again and I can’t offer enough praise! Thank you x

Wow! I ordered the Snicker’s letterbox brownies and they were amazing! They came so fast and were unbelievable quality. Perfect revision snacks to keep me motivated. Better than anything you can buy at the supermarket, and you can tell how much effort and love Rach puts in to her business. I ordered 6 letterbox chocolate brownies from Rach's Cakes on Friday evening last week and after having a bit of a delay, I finally received them yesterday morning, unfortunately there was a problem with the courier service delivering the first batch of brownies to me that I had ordered on Friday, so I contacted the courier and Rach's Cakes and after some email correspondence between myself, the courier and Rach's Cakes, Rach's Cakes promptly sent out another new batch of brownies 1st class to replace the first batch that didn't get to me. Sadly the first batch were damaged during transit so they could not be delivered to me. Anyway even though they were delivered to me a little later than expected they were absolutely amazing, I chose 3 different flavours, Cadbury's creme egg, Chocolate orange and chocolate twix. 6 in total but 2 of each flavour. My favourite being the Twix, which was also my partners favourite as well. All were fantastic, so fresh, firm but springy, fudgey, a little gooey but not at all sickly or to rich. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future and look forward to trying out some other flavours. They are the perfect size for a nice treat and are well priced including delivery. Rach's Cakes were also very easy to contact and responded to all my emails within hours of me sending them, they are a fantastic little company and highly recommend.

Rach organised one of her delicious biscoff 3 tier sponges for us for my husband's 50th at short notice. Fantastic service and amazing looking and tasting cake.
