K. T.I'm a regular customer here the staff are really friendly and helpful.
Metro Bank is the best bank I ever been a customer of.
It's really helpful that they are open late and weekends including Sunday wich is great for a bank.
I like how of you have any problems you can walk in and get the help you need.
Also they print cards and check books in store so no waiting for it in the post and if you loose your card you can walk in and get a new one Reddy to go within a few minutes ready to use when you leave the bank they are dog friendly so you can get treats from the counter for your dog's also water bowls available.
Metro Bank is a really great bank and I highly recommend them.

She has helped us secure credit to help manage cashflows and, has been there every step of the way, taking great care and attention to our needs, even coming to visit us at our offices for us to discuss progress and options where needed. Of all the banking staff that we have worked with over the years, Becky Rexworthy has brought a real human element to our banking relationship, showing that she cares and will helping wherever possible. It is nice not to be a number like you are with some banks and for her efforts, we will be remaining with Metro to help grow our business long into the future. A. D.Don't even bother going to the brunch. Average wait 20/25mins just to speak to someone. Always one person behind a counter trying to serve like 10ppl . Everyone is nice but that don't buy my time back
1.From start to finish metro bank made things simple yet personal. Everything was explained well to me but more importantly my needs were listened to. I opened my account in the Bristol branch and from my first contact with Matthew, he quickly and smoothly arranged for a meeting with Joshua, who would be going over my options with me. We discussed my business and it was refreshing to find a bank as passionate about my business as I am. While Joshua arranged my account with Matthew I was greeted by another employee Callum who was equally educated with update to date knowledge and information for me. I can truly say I've never experienced a more human bank. Real quality employee who are a perfect representation of a fantastic bank. I even left branch with lolly pops and money boxes for my children. I can highly recommend this bank

Mr. Ash Taylor, the staff of the bank was very friendly and kind enough to explain things and helped to open a bank account. His dedication and commitment to wards hid work is much appreciable😁😁
