We have used Advocate Finance for Buy To Let finamcing / refinancing of multiple properties. We have recently done a refinance and have dealt with Megan. We found Megan to be very professional, extremely responsive and great at following things up (either with ourselves, solicitor, or lender). Great service from the Advocate team namely Henry who we have been dealing with for a number of months. We've explored options for HMOs, BTLs and bridge options and always get a variety of options.
