S. S.After a negative response from the bank of Scotland about opening an account for my son, popped into the nationwide and had a really positive visit. Thanks to all the lovely ladies
S. B.I have been a customer for sometime now, and I have been consistently delighted by the help given by all the staff at the East Port Branch as I was diagnosed with mild dementia several years ago which was making dealing with financial matter more complicated than it used to be!
It would be fabulous if you could open a branch in Dalgety Bay as the RBS bank moved away several years ago.

The East Port Branch is the most convenient,
P. C.I was blown away by the service I received from the Dunfermline branch. All the more so as I was not a customer, that will soon change!!! The lady who guided me through a complicated myriad of problems was one in a million.
