S. A.I had a wonderful experience in this branch, while opening my first bank
account. The staff was super nice! The worker Nick, was lovely and she took care of me and guided me through the whole process which took a while. She stayed calm, patient and professional. I'm 100% satisfied and couldn't recommend enough!

M.Nice helpfull staff good opening times 7days a week easy to open account took 15mins and they issue a debit card there and then, have machine on site plus its contactless on all basic and currant accounts pity you can not use post office to pay in or take out cash not a problem in London as lots of stores but outside capital a few in North West and one in North East plus Birmingham 😀 come on sort out the post office even Starling Internet bank has post office pay in take out👍🤑😎🇬🇧update no movement on paying in at post office hope it soon changers as bind going into store to pay cash in come on hope it changes soon,well still no change for currant account holders no post office pay in/ take out lol 😀 Derek moores 😎💰🤑🇬🇧
D. W.I’ve had a Metro account for a few years now and they are a good bank to deal with. Outside of the delay to opening and the settling of staff experience and systems, my experience of the branch is positive so far. Opening hours, outside of the current situation are far more convenient than other banks.
M. M.How banking should be, opened my account in minutes and issued card there and then. Staff very friendly and informative. I highly recommend if looking to open your first account as I did. Thanks to Sammie who dealt with me. Made me feel comfortable even though I have a mental health disorder that makes me very anxious and paranoid, so thank you. Could not have been better
