I was surprised and somewhat taken a back at the manager ( and the staff ) who very kind and and very sympathetic to my concerns ( this atypical of a bank manager in this day and age ) and this is a wonderful thing that all the staff and management actually are sincere and genuinely empathic to their customers or the public at large .
Congratulations to Nilesh and the staff to vindicate that the banks greatest assets are the customers !!!!

I wanted to do a KYC for a bank called DCB Bank in Mumbai, India. DCB Bank does not have a branch in the London, UK. DCB Bank asked me to get the documents certified by a Indian Bank operating in the UK.
So, I approached the Bank Of Baroda Tooting Branch
Nilesh Kothari Sir stepped in and not only did he certify the documents but also sent my KYC application to DCB Bank in Mumbai
