S. P.I have just opened an account with Castle Trust Bank and had some trouble setting up my online access (all my own fault).
The support I received from both their telephone helpline and the online messaging was second to none - very impressed!
G. M.Been using Castle Trust over 5 years. I was cautious at first because they weren't a bank. Recently they have obtained that status plus they are registered with the FSA/FCA (whatever they are calling themselves today). By and large the customer service has been good.
