I was made really welcome from the time I arrived. Lady on reception was lovely aswell the room was very clean, bed was comfortable I couldn't ask for any more spot on 👌👌👌👌

Friendly and accommodating. Had to change rooms as mattress hard. Nice garden. Some suites now available. I updated TVs in rooms 1 and 5.

I've stayed here several times. The rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable & the staff friendly, with a kind of family feel that makes you feel welcome. They remember you, so each time you return you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent & the dining hall light & airy. You're very near to public transport (Woodside Park Station is at the end of the road) & the a main shopping street studded with nice places to eat. In short, the guest house is a lovely alternative to the many faceless chains in London. I'm looking forward to being a regular in future!

We stayed for three nights because there are several days until we could move into a new rented property. I mean we are local. This hotel was like our home and provided clean and spacious room and delicious breakfast. There is beautiful backyard and the location is perfect, that there is the station, supermarkets, cafes, good restaurants and pub. The staff are friendly and kind.This is great hotel. Thank you.

Really good value for money for London. Ok, so the bedrooms are a little tired but they're battling with the big chains. Lovely breakfast. Free parking. Friendly staff.

Room was very basic, suitable for an overnight stay. Cooked breakfast was fine, however for hot beverages one had to use a hot water flask, not ideal if the water temperature is not maintained.

Clean, very nice cooked breakfast, excellent kept gardens, short walk to the subway /tube, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The only downside was the mattress left a bit to be desired.

Bed uncomfortable; another guest had no working lights in his room. However - the room is large, has two double beds etc. Given the choice, I think I'd rather stay at the Glenlyn (opposite) instead - it's the same price for one person, effectively the same sized room - but better food and more comfortable bed(s).

It is very close to the center but in 5 minutes you are at the metro (Woodpark) that takes you into the center of central London. The accommodation is therefore strategic because it is located in a quiet area with little noise but at the same time convenient for getting into the city. It has everything you need to spend the night. Breakfast, included in the price, is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone who wants to take a vacation in London spending most of the day out to visit the many attractions without spending a fortune. finally I suggest the requirement to obtain the rechargeable bidge for the subway that can be done directly in one of the stations and reload it with denominations of £ 5 up. (Original) Molto buono. Ci sono stato con la mia famiglia 5 persone per una settimana. Non è vicinissimo al centro ma in 5 minuti sei alla fermata della metropolitana (Woodpark) che ti porta in centro al centro di Londra. L'alloggio risulta quindi strategico perché sito in una zona tranquilla poco rumorosa ma allo stesso tempo comodo per arrivare in città. Dispone di tutto quello che serve per trascorrere la notte. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, è buona ed il personale è gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando a tutti coloro che vogliono farsi una vacanza a Londra passando la maggior parte della giornata in giro per visitare I numerosi luoghi di interesse senza spendere una fortuna. Suggerisco infine di munirsi del bidge ricaricabile per la metropolitana che si può fare direttamente in una delle stazioni e lo ricarichi con tagli da 5£ in su.
