Have been with credit union for over 10 years now. Best thing I have ever done and have never had any sort of problem. I have managed to build my credit rating up and save a lot of money at the same time. The team are great, very friendly and are always there to help with any questions you have. I would definitely recommend using.

I honestly don't think I have ever experienced engaging with and dealing with a company or organisation so well deserving of the highest of praise for exemplary service and customer service in absolutely every instance of engagement - as I have with London Plus Credit Union. From straightforward provision of service to dealing personally with account management or responding to queries and requests - absolutely top-notch in every instance. And as a typical Virgo it is ordinarily very easy for me to find fault and very rare to be so impressed. And I never bother writing reviews either ordinarily. Well done them. Absolutely proper.

London Plus Credit Union is the best Lone Lender I have used. Their Interest is very Low and Staff are friendly and very professional. I love this company because you talk to a real person and they call and talk to you if there is any problems or needs and also offers Top Up Lone-if you want one. I am very happy with the Service they provided me. Anyone looking for a Lone should try them first.❤️👀❤️

London Plus Credit Union are small enough to retain a friendly community feel, but compete with larger banks by offering diverse savings accounts and they also offer very favourable terms to customers applying for loans. I totally recommend London Plus, particularly if trying to save for something quite large as they offer some very good deals matching a customer’s savings with money in the form of very affordable loans. Great company. Applying for a loan is quick and easy. They seem to not focus on my credit history but more on if I can afford a loan and the repayments. Everyone was friendly and it felt like they wanted to help you (not like most companies that just want to rip you off). Fully recommend giving these guys a call before you go to a payday loan company.

I was made aware of London plus credit by a friend and I am so happy I was because it was near Christmas and with covid making my boss furlough me I did not have enough money for presents food etc to have a Christmas my girls were used to. I applied and within days was contacted back to set me up as a member. I have had two loans since then with hardly anything added on top as the interest is so low and paying back weekly is so easy as they take from either your wages or benefits depending on the type of loan you have. The staff that I have had the pleasure talking to are all amazing and so friendly and I hope I can stay with London plus credit for many more years to come. They are trustworthy honest and talk you through the whole process making sure over and over this is right for you and your comfortable with everything before they finalise your loan, I am so glad I found them and any one thinking of taking a loan out with them should as I don’t think you could do better, thank you

I would like to say how amazing the credit union team are at the Fulham branch. Always a helping hand and get back to you no matter what query.
