My husband and I recently moved to Manchester at short notice for work and we were un-able to find a suitable place for our needs. That was until we met Mo Choudry. Mo was fantastic from the first phone call, understanding our necessity to move at such short notice, and even going out of his way to attend to our needs + requirements at unsociable hours. After moving into our apartment, Mo has been following up on requests immediately, unlike other property managers we’ve had in the past. We would absolutely recommend Nova Management any day of the week and look forward to the rest of our tenancy!

I met Joseph from Nova Financial at an investment event late last year and arranged a consultation. The meeting was extensive, he covered off on our finances/income etc. and what is the reason we were investing in the first place. I contacted Nova Financial in search of assistance for investing in property. I had done preliminary research into the property market my self and was aiming to venture into it without assistance. I then had an initial meeting with Joseph Hegarty (My dedicated client advisory) which latest 2 hours and deep dived into my goals, situation and where they thought they could offer help. I was presented with the range of services they offer and shown the excellent team they have working with them showing off the wealth of experience they have accumulated on the UK property market as a whole. I soon realised that investing into the property market without the utilisation of their knowledge would be a much greater and unnecessary risk and one i didn't want to take. Two follow up meetings took place with members of their advisory board alongside Joe, in which they talked me through recommendations of properties backed by myriad data. I was incredibly impressed not just by the knowledge and professionalism they showed but also that they really genuinely seemed to care about the future of my portfolio and wanted to sustain an ongoing relationship for years to come in order to help me reach my goals. They weren't just trying to shill me a product and get me out the door. All in all i couldn't recommend there services enough and am looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship. As someone who works long hours, I was put off the property game with all the searching, dealing and hassle that comes with a mortgage, purchase of a property and subsequent letting. It was to my mind a very wild shot in the dark when i decided to give Nova Financial my details. Needless to say, they have been superb in every facet and have allowed me to live my "very busy day life" with close to no hindrance, whilst they dealt with the remortgage of a property I already owned to finance another buy to let. I will not lie in saying it took a little time for completion to take place, but that is normal, especially when Nova made sure the conveyancing was done down to the finest detail. They gave me a variety of options and we found a way forward that best suited me, both in terms of the short run revenue concerns, as well as long term capital growth issues. Paul Mahoney was on hand Monday through till Sunday. Dusk till dawn, even getting in contact when on a short holiday to Portugal. It was this dedication that really impressed me and is the reason I will use them again when (not if) the time calls again in the future. I cannot recommend them enough given my highly positive experience in what can be a very head spinning and daunting market.
