Can't recommend highly enough.. every staff member friendly, helpful and approachable.. location ideal for sightseeing with lots of attractions within walking distance.. despite being so central very quiet and peaceful... rooms compact but clean and comfortable... have had an excellent stay..

Perfect location next to Bank tube stop for getting around London.
The staff were very friendly and kind enough to let us leave our bags.
The room was a great size and very clean, the bathroom however was disappointing as it had spots of mould in the shower and was freezing day and night.
The alleyway to the hotel was very dodgy and I wouldn’t have felt comfortable going down this alone, more lighting or a gate would make this better.
Still amazing value for money if you won’t be in the hotel much as the location is great.

It was clean and comfortable but did ask for extra teabags but got extra towels! Fantastic location but be mindful if you go for the 3pm checkin and you are early, there is a number to ring on the front desk but you may need to wait.
T. C.
Very good accomodation. Limited space but very thing is clean and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff! Would definitely recommend and use again, particularly on a budget as it provide an excellent location at a reasonable price.
J. D.
Very clean and quiet, the staff are very helpful. The only this is the TV was tiny but if you're staying in London then you're probably not going to be spending much time in the room.

A great 2 day staff here and the staff in Telma & Paula were a credit to Travelodge as they were very nice to chat with and very helpful with direction for tube journeys etc ... Thank you i will be back when next down in London
R. S.
Exactly what you want from a cheap hotel. A bed. A nice shower and a quick check in. No frills and no problems. Will use again

This is a fab location 5 minutes from St Paul's Cathedral. Some rooms are far superior to others. However, it is the amazing, nothing is too much trouble for, staff. They recognised 2 weary travellers and provided us with bottles of water and kitkats while getting our key card ready. When the TV in our room didn't work, we were swiftly moved to an upgraded room. I will recommend and return
L. H.
Room was basic but was under no assumption it would be anything other than that.
Did the job, had a good night sleep. Comfy big bed.
The staff were nice enough but nothing special.

This is a great budget hotel. The manager and Jane were kind to me. You can tell they care about helping to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The positives are you have a comfortable bed, great room rates and you are close to Cannon Street, Monument and Bank stations (so can easily get to top attractions) plus you have a supermarket, pharmacy and takeaway food stores minutes away. The downside is the shower was weak, and there was no air con (a rival budget hotel situated very close by does have air con!). If price is key then I think this just about wins and Travelodge is a respectable company to use. For me again the highlight of this stay was the staff who showed kindness towards me which will not be forgotten!!!
K. B.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and always on hand to help. Thank you!
A. C.
The room was clean and well appointed, we stayed in room 210, which faces St Swithen's Lane. The value of this room was excellent for London, BUT and it is a big but, if your room faces on to St Swithen's Lane be prepared to have a VERY noisy night, people use St Swithen's Lane as a way to cut the corner to and from Bank station. It does not become quiet until 1am. Travelodge are great value and quality, but perhaps not this one if you want a quiet night.
R. J.
Very clean. Quick service. We didn't have breakfast so I can't review that, but very satisfied with everything else
P. D. T.
The room are shocking, very small for a double room. The staff are very welcoming and friendly environment. Nice bar available
R. H.
Very good and central though the rooms seem rather small and the shower needs a good clean.
K. C.
A hidden gem, our room was tiny, clean, functional and a good price.
M. C.
Basic room. Carpet dirty even in a super room. Location amazing for what I wanted though.
b. c.
Excellent budget hotel in the city all the staff are friendly and very helpful
M. G.
An ok hotel to stay for only an night and only if you go just for sleep. The internet is chargeable but the reception people are quite kind!
G. C.
Great staff. Great service. Great room. Manager (Nesh) was very helpful!

Fantastic location, our room was very big for a central London location, it was an extremely hot night but our room had a fan so that really helped. Our room window faced a void so we heard hardly any noise at all and even in the hot weather had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this hotel well worth the money for such a great location. Staff were very friendly, we were late arriving due to a train delay, it is worth noting that rooms are issued on a first come first served basis,we were put in a twin disabled room but the beds were pushed together for us prior to our arrival. Thank you!
Q. H.
This location is fabulous, very central, Bank is a good station for travelling from. I travel for work and usually still to one of the better premier inns as know what getting generally. I would suggest booking a super room here rather than a standard, the lower communal areas were a bit grubby and i think the rooms would have been more basic, mine was a super room and good/ clean. Kitkats and hot chocolate were nice. No gel in shower box. No air con and it is quite noisy outside, but that is London rather than hotel. Nice eateries around this location
J. J.
Great central place to stay. Super Rooms small but bed is comfortable. The shower tray you have to be careful with as you shower as it's very slippery. The floor gets very wet in the shower room too as the shower curtain doesn't fit in the shower tray. It also needs an extractor fan that works. The flat screen TV was OK but difficult to work out how to use the remote. However, the room was kept lovely and clean by the daily cleaner. Also there's tea & coffee making facilities which were replenished daily too. Lovely friendly helpfull staff. A great place to stay for attractions in central London.
S. J.
Locality and local amenities for the price of a London visit was good value for money. No security was on site, which made it rather frustrating for people looking for a good night's sleep, due the hotel hosting people with no consideration for other people. Nonetheless the stay was pleasurable, room was clean and functional. Would recommend people search for breakfast outside the facility if you are looking to set your day up with sufficient sustenance.

We arrived on 17/11 for 2 nights, we didn't know what to expect since the hotel has 2 stars, but we were pleasantly surprised! The girl at the reception desk that night was very nice and helpful, we arrived around 11pm. Our room had everything we needed, clean linen, comfy bed, decent size bathroom, towels, desk, tv, kettle with coffees, even more than we needed. Nothing too fancy, but very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and it was definitely worth the money since it was central location. Thank you!
S. B.
Clean, tidy and quiet. Reduced rating as it was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom floor due to design of shower tray and curtain. I mentioned this (as a "by the way") on checkout but reception effectively said "ahh yes, we know, thanks. Nothing we can do" so I can only assume it affects all rooms
P.
Typical room, clean and tidy, great price for the centre of london tbf. The manager Paula was an absolute star, couldnt do enough for us👍.
M. M.
Fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk from Cannon station. Tucked around a corner. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big and comfortable, everything looked clean. And there is a coffee machine in your room.
Only slight let down was that there was no restaurant on site. But it's not a problem because around a corner there a lots of different coffee shops that offer amazing breakfast options.
F. W.
good location staff were friendly and attentive.
M. B.
The room was a decent size which was really good but the bathroom smelt like sweat and the brownish stain on the toilet wasn't a very good sight to look at! It is in a very good location but then so is the hub opposite the Travelodge.
P. C.
Considering the cost, I hoped for better. The room was clean and pleasant but extramly noisy with crashing bottle collections through the night. It was a shock that there was no air conditioning. The bathroom smelled damp and the shower was terrible.
Despite all of this I was comfortable during my stay, so a middling review
G. E.
Breakfast box! Needs some work to make it worth £5.25. rooms ok. Free WiFi for 30 min. Then a pay rate that was not bad at all, with good speed.
Shower was terrific. But all in, a good value package for London.
You also have "The Don" next door. Great restaurant. There is a small cafe at the entrance that will serve breakfast from 8.00am, not part of Travelodge.
Well placed for Monument and Cannon Street tube stations.
N. H.
First of all the staff are excellent.
BUT.
The first night we stayed the room was hotter than Hiroshima on 06/08/1945. We then moved to a much cooler room which has a blocked shower drain and peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling.
Still a great location, especially for tube stations.
M. S.
Great location, quiet enough, couple of issues that reception sorted out immediately.
D. W.
Good location, right in the business area of london. Tube stations in short walking distance will get you anywhere you want to go. I have to say the staff were excellent. Offering help and room changes without even asking so that my stay would be more enjoyable. Stayed in a super room as they are the only way to go in my opinion.doors shut at 10pm and keycard entry after that
S. A.
Location was good - only a couple of minutes walk to Cannon Street underground station or the nearest bus stop. The hotel was quiet despite being told there may be disruption due to work on a neighbouring building. The room was clean and with everything you'd expect from a Travelodge. A hairdryer was brought to our room at a time we requested. The staff were friendly and polite. As it was a weekend some of the restaurants and cafes nearby were closed so make sure you plan food and drinks. Would definitely go back again.
K. S.
Had a " Super Room" save your money. Room no bigger than a non super room, only things you get are pod coffee machine, iron and ironing board. Still not a place to put your clothes ( need more storage, even a couple of drawers would be good but nowt) the bathroom is a joke could not even have a face wash without soaking the floor, my hand bigger than the basin, so trying to wash your face without getting water everywhere impossible. I could go on but you get the massage. SAVE your money and go somewhere else. Staff very nice tho, no fault there.
V. S.
Excellent location- first of all - WOW!!! Right in the heart of London!!!! So easy to get to the tube, flag down a taxi, ride a bike or walk to where you want to go. The staff was SOOOO nice & helpful!!!!! Need something printed off? No problem. Hungry & need advice for where to order food at 10:00 at night. Abdul is ready to help! Want more tea & sugar? No problem! How else can the staff help with your comfort during your stay? This wonderful staff goes out of their way to make your stay a happy & memorable one!!!!! We WILL be back - Thank you all for everything!!! ❤️ Sissy & Kevin Smith, Arkansas, 🇺🇸 USA
C. W.
Good size wet room and comfy beds, got the basics right
K.
All one could ask for to be a base to use as a changing and shower before heading out to a local venue. Sleeping one person no problem sleeping two people could be an issue as very limited space. Reception staff very pleasant
P. G.
The guys in Reception are absolutely great. They couldn’t do enough to help and nothing was too much trouble.
What a shame about the room, we can cope with compact and bijou BUT three hooks on the wall instead of hangers, a bathroom sink that was so small as to be only any good for flooding the floor, the soap dispenser in the shower that was full but as soon as you touched it fell off the wall was very disappointing.
Mind you all this was surpassed by the ‘view’ from our bedroom window. Whatever happens do not accept Room 117........!?!?!
D. P.
Good location 3 minutes walk from Bank tube station and Cannon Street station. Small rooms, but clean and tidy. New procedure to get your room cleaned, you have to put a card on the door or they don’t clean it. No restaurant so you have to find somewhere to eat. I didn’t bother with the over priced breakfast box, there’s a Sainsbury’s local 4 minuets walk away.
D. S.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very basic but clean. We did request an iron but it never turned up. Hotel is a little tricky to find as the entrance looks more like a service entrance. I would stay again but only for a night
S. D.
I got a value deal for my family stay with 2 kids. Room was spacious and with basic amenities like TV, water kittle, bathrobes etc.
Their breakfast deal and options are amazing. The location is very near to leisicter square gardens.
Staff is friendly and apt in service. Surely recommended for quick visit to London
C.
Decent location although very hard to find initially (even using Google Maps) makes it ideal for weekend visits or temporary city workers.
Decent size super room, although a little smaller than some others.
Although we didn't stay the whole night due to illness, Chaundell went out of her way to ensure we were looked after and managed to get us an early check in which we really appreciated. Would stay here again.
S. M.
It was slightly off the main road which made it lovely and quiet. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had a double room and a twin room which were both great in size and the showers were probably the best we've ever had
C. M.
The first thing to say is that this Travelodge has the best customer service we’re recieved from the several we’ve stayed in in London. We couldn’t check in early, because the rooms were all full, but they kept our bags for us so we could go and enjoy our afternoon, and when we returned, the bags were already in the room for us. We were given cotton sheets, as it was so hot, and handed water almost every time we came in and out. Ali and Chandel were particularly helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
L. H.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable. As far as the location goes it was difficult to find this hotel as it was tucked down an alleyway and the small sign was grey and black to tone in with the banking district. Being a weekend thw area around the hotek was a ghost town but the tube and bus stops are in walking distance and has great links to other places of interest. Would definitely stay here on a weekend again due to price and I actually liked how quiet it was to be honest!
m. k.
It was clean, welcoming and friendly. Staff were helpful. Room was basic, but as expected. Great location with bars and coffee shops within arms reach offering good choices for breakfast. Would use again.
K. M.
It is all good but the wi fi is painfully slow. 3 Mbps download and 0.2 upload in 2019 is too slow. Took me 20 minutes to download just eat to get my food delivered. I paid for wi fi in advance. I'm not expecting fibre broadband but it could be a little bit faster. 4 stars overall. Reception desk was helpful during my stay. Room was clean. Bathroom too.
J. G.
This is a Travelodge so no frills in an amazing location.
Pros:
Fantastic location, 3 tube stations within 3-5 minute walk, London Bridge station less than 10 minutes walk.
Quiet at weekends when the City is closed
Amazing value if you get the right price
Friendly & helpful staff
Cons:
Quietness of room depends upon which one you get. Facing into the courtyard, great, facing outward can be noisy
No aircon, if you have an outside window it can be noisy
Street is a shortcut from Cannon Street station to the city, so can be busy/noisy at rush times & when pubs & restaurant below are busy
Building works all around (obviously not the fault of the hotel)
All in, for the price, this is recommended because of the killer location.
S. C.
Stayed in room 105. The room was a little small, however it had everything one needed - although the bathroom was more of a wet room in size and I had to ask reception for more towels. I then realised that the kettle had a layer on limescale on the bottom and having already visited Reception once, I didn't really want to go down again. Ensuring that your kettles are clean is not a difficult or costly task.
As the room faced the courtyard (above where you enter into Reception) the the windows on the buildings opposite face directly into the room, meaning that the heavy, lined curtains must remain closed for privacy. There are no net curtains to allow light in which is a real shame and would have solved this small problem, as having the thick curtains closed makes the small room feel even smaller.
My main problem was that the windows were open when I arrived and as the curtains were closed, I didn't realise this (traffic noise is minimal / not noticeable during my stay). I woke up in the morning to see two mosquitoes flying around the room and I had several bites on my back and one on each hand.
For the cost of the room for one night in London I was not impressed.
M. N.
Clean, great location and friendly staff.
Thank you for your hospitality.
M. B.
Good central location, quiet and good value for money
A. G.
Decent size room. Diet bathroom... it really was small. Can't really fault it for anything. Noise outside started at 5.30am with deliveries bin collections etc for adjoining properties.
S. d. J.
The room i got, wasn't very good. We got a room for disabled persons, but neither are we are disabled. The shower was not good. The water stream was very small and very good to get on the correct temparature. The soap despenser was leaking and there wasn't a chair to put your clothes in. So my experience with thos Hotel isn't very good. If you are 1 night in London you can stay here, but are you on London for more nights, then i can recommand a different Hotel/Hostel. Weird was, that the receptionist said that the front door is closed at 10PM. But when i arrived in the night at 3AM the front door opened without needing my roomcard.
Channels on the TV are 4:3 instead of the widescreen resolution of the TV. It's very annoying to watch TV with 2 black sidebars. I couldnt change it on the TV either.
Next time when i am in London i am going to find a different Hotel/Hostel.
j. g.
Brilliant location - can be a bit noisy as there always seems to be building work going on in the vicinity!
K. D.
Friendly staff, typical Travelodge, no aircon, stifling rooms in the heat. Fans provided. Windows need to be opened to get air circulation. Seems to have a lot of rubbish collections in the early (3am)morning, mainly glass. Bring your earplugs and sleep mask and might get a good night's sleep. Oh beds are very comfortable. If this hotel had aircon, would get 5*.
A. N.
Really good location two minutes from Cannon Street Station but in a lovely quiet spot up a side street. Room was up to the usual standard and there are pubs, shops and food outlets close by. We will definitely be using this one again soon.
S. A.
Comfortable beds but did have to ask for towels and shower gel (it hadn't been filled up). Cleanliness could have been better. Great location though - very close to bank station
A. B.
Stayed here for 5 nights, rooms appeared clean but I swore I saw a flea on my bed on the first night. Then the shower gel ran out and wasn't replaced. Then my towels weren't replaced... It was a constant affair going to reception every night to complain about something.
S.
You can stay overnight here. Good, clean basic accommodation as always.
R. L.
Shower had drainage problems, the tray filled to overflowing. Weren’t given a shower/bath mat. Had to use a hand towel.
On the plus side, the staff we’re very friendly and welcoming.
J. K.
Nice tidy hotel/room. Great shower to start your day. Across the road from Cannon Street station and smack bang in the heart of London city. Only thing that lets it down is the pants breakfast box. Save the money and grab something on the go from one of the many places up and down Cannon Street.
m. d.
Great location. I stayed overnight for work and does what is says on the tin. Clean big rooms with kettle for a brew. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It's really central to bars and restaurants for dinner
M. A.
It's okay for a central London Hotel, staff are friendly and attentive. However it is an old building, so the lifts are tiny and floorboards sing the song of their people when you're trying to be quiet.
M. A.
I was very disappointed that there was no air conditioning at the hotel. We booked a super room hoping for air con but only had a fan unlike other Travelodges were we had air con. Must be the friendliest staff at any Travelodge I have stayed at they were so helpful.
R. R.
OK hotel in the City. Decent room. Place hard to find. It's almost opposite Premier Inn, other side of road, up a side alley. They offer cold breakfast. Better go to Wetherspoon in Cannon Street Station.
H. M.
The location is alright, in the middle of London. The rooms are pretty clean. The free wifi only last 30 mins and it is really slow. The receptionist is very welcoming. Overall its definitely worth the money.
A. P.
Rooms are fine, cupboards had slight dust, TVs locked to hotel mode and couldn't change inputs. Provided iron shorted out the room. Note taps are very powerful.
A. T. (. F.
Amazing location! Right in the city, rooms are small as you expect but perfectly formed.
D. W.
Very friendly, let me check in a bit early
Only a few minutes from Bank Station
Also very Covid friendly and clean
D.
Typical travelodge. Rooms are clean but small and basic. Hairdryers, irons etc are available at reception. Breakfast box is pointless when for the same price you can get breakfast from one of many cafes. Location is very convenient.
S. m.
Great location and not noisy at all, the staff are also very very friendly.
C. C.
Rooms are clean but small. My room faced the lane with pubs and construction going on so it was noisy. The room windows are not sound-proofed unfortunately.
J. H. (.
Was difficult to locate, however the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good sized. The bathroom was adequate and the bed very comfy ! :)
S. S.
It's a good basic hotel with excellent location. Single room is small, but don't really need more. The issue is with the bathroom, it's in need of a bit of TLC.
K. M.
Small rooms BUT clean and ideally situated. Great for 1>2 night stay.
W. H.
I the middle of the city. A good 2 star hotel good beds. Own small bathroom with shower and small basin. Tv and cooker. Small desk. No restaurant, but enough plces nearby
A. M.
Great location and everything you would expect from a Travelodge, cheap(ish) and fine to get your head down. Only downside was the roadworks which started at 7am on a Sunday morning and woke me up, but that's not their fault (although thicker windows might help)
P. B.
Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Some noise from the pub opposite emptying their bins in the courtyard opposite, but this does not go on too late.
J. H. (.
Was difficult to locate, however the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good sized. The bathroom was adequate and the bed very comfy ! :)
S.
Great location for easy subway accessible across London. Be aware there is very little open in the area on a Sunday evening
J. P.
People were very friendly but the layout of the room was not great. The hot water system failed on Sunday morning, I don't know how long it took them to repair it.
D. H. A.
Great service and very polite staff

The hotel was in a very quiet location of London, meaning that we did not get disturbed by any outside noise. It was also in a good location for the usage of the tube.
D. L.
Rooms are ok. Currently has construction work going on even on Sundays, however, very central amd reasonably priced for the location. Would not recommend driving.
S. J.
Fab helpful staff, clean rooms, hot showers , fluffy towels, comfy beds & central for everything we wanted to do, we were able to walk everywhere & see what we wanted to do in the 4 days we were there , thank you travel lodge London.
M. J.
Good value choice for visiting London because, in reality, you are not too far from attractions. The only comment is some rooms are much smaller than others yet the price seems to be the same.
A. L.
A fantastic location, very quiet and amazingly helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars on the Thames, definitely stay here again and recommend.
J. G.
Food isn't great, rooms are often too hot and windows tethered shut. Parking frequently used up by workmen from surrounding builds.
C. M.
Rooms very basic as expected but great price and location for what I needed it for to attend a wedding, definitely consider booking again
P. B.
Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Some noise from the pub opposite emptying their bins in the courtyard opposite, but this does not go on too late.
W. H.
I the middle of the city. A good 2 star hotel good beds. Own small bathroom with shower and small basin. Tv and cooker. Small desk. No restaurant, but enough plces nearby
C. P.
As always with Travelodge, you know what you are getting. Reasonable clean rooms, friendly staff. This is a good location to explore the city from.
J. C.
Excellent service, great room and such a central location. Booked quite late but still got a good price. Recommended.
M. B.
Good rooms only draw back is finding the place as it's half way up a lane . When phoning Travelodge helpline for guidance they couldn't find it ????? . Even Taxi drivers had no clue.
K. M.
Small rooms BUT clean and ideally situated. Great for 1>2 night stay.
S. L.
Lovely clean room, good value for money. Reception 24/7
S. E. H.
London Central Bank Travelodge. Great location, lovely staff, your stereotypical travelodge room, no view out of the window due to scaffolding so a bit dark but that didn't really bother me. Great for a cheap, one night stay & three tube stations a 2 minute walk away.
E. M. M.
Room was small but suited our needs. It wasclean and tidy staff friendly and helpful.
G. P.
The loxation was is excellent within walking distance to various popular places like St Pauls, Bank, etc. Room was of great size for a central location, the receptionists provided excellent service to my query and dealt with it promptly Great budget hotel, exceeded my expectations, would definitely recommend to anyone staying over in London who require a central location for a good price.
C. R.
Nice place with big rooms, though depending where you are you'll either hear an extractor fan all night from the pub, or construction work 7am - 7pm
L. B.
Everything you would expect from a Travelodge. Clean and comfy. Friendly staff. Just a little difficult to find on your first visit.
V. G.
Great location, good prices for a Sunday stay, definitely want to go back for another stay. Staff really friendly and helpful
G. W.
Very nice room.. staff were nice and friendly.. Very easy too get there by tube or train..
D. M.
Clean but small room and no breakfast facilities so it feels expensive for what you are getting.
A. A.
Cold breakfast only, not easy to find. However, room's are warm and clean
D. V.
Nice, clean rooms, the only negative was the very loud noise from outside, at 8 in the morning on a Sunday.....
S.
Great location for easy subway accessible across London. Be aware there is very little open in the area on a Sunday evening
N. P.
For central London Sunday night is very reasonably priced. Single room a decent size.
J. J.
Clean and centrally located
M. D.
Basic hotel but nicely done out. Would be nice if they had better double or even triple glazing as the street noise is quite significant.
A. S.
The staff as I arrived were lovely and helpful. We chatted as I waited for my booking to come through and was looked after wonderfully.
A. R.
Great hotel and very friendly staff. No restaurant or bar but no big deal as lots of stuff close by
P. D.
Basic accommodation but decently priced. However, a lot of street noise (people) until midnight
S. H.
Good location but not great facilities. Would be improved by having plugs next to the bed.
S. H.
All ok
R. B.
Most rooms are very comfortable, besides the attic singles. Staff very helpful and friendly
M. C.
Ok place
J. K.
Tiny room with obscured window. Ok for 1 night. Breakfast is a small box.
J. B.
Just what you want from a travelodge. Good cheap, clean rooms and very helpful staff
N. S.
Very handy for City of London. Building works nearby start early but noise not too bad.
P. G.
Nice no-nonsense basic hotel with comfortable beds. Wifi is not included, however.
T.
Excellent location, in the middle of the banking district
Very friendly/helpful staff
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
I. M.
Nice hotel.. noise in morning due to building works though so don't expect a lay in

Great little hotel in London, it is hidden away. Great nights sleep. I would stay here again.

ASK for calm room on 4th Floor. Just great! Good and friendly staff!
X. M.
Great place!
Good value for money and location.
Very friendly and professional staff.
N. T.
Very average, not worth the price, rather pay a bit more for a better hotel
S. K.
Very basic hotel but well located close to attractions and restaurants/bars
S. L.
Nice and clean. But Noisy on an evening due to the location.
M. T.
Excellent service with gorgeous rooms at a very reasonable rate
I. H.
Great location. Sometimes a little noisy but close to the heart of the city.
Z. I.
Modern affordable budget rooms. In central London no less. Need I say more.
S. H.
Ideal spot for my weekend visit - clean and tidy. Comfy bed.
N. J.
Perfect central location, nice spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff
N. M.
Coffee machine and kettle broken in room. Also it wasn't well cleaned especially the bathroom
N. E.
Clean room and comfortable bed. Good location.
S. S.
Nice clean room in the heart of the City at a reasonable price
A. C.
Very polite and helpful staff. Basic but comfortable.
F. O.
Clean room, spacious, working toilets and hot water, convenient location
C. U. I.
A quick place to spend a night if you are on low budget and need basics
G. L.
Top staff could not be more helpful if they tried only downside was the noise outside but it was London.
J. G.
Great location. Building works that can't be helped but still inconvenient.
D. W.
5* because all the staff we encountered were excellent.
A. J.
Room was what we expected, had everything but a little small. Nearby construction work but we were warned.
C. H.

Great for business travellers. Fairly basic standard accommodation with no bells & whistles. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside was the WiFi which kept forcing you to check the login page every 10mins. The location is fantastic in the heart of the City with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. I'd definitely stay here again on the basis that it's only a room for the night and you probably won't be spending much time in the hotel.

(Translated) great location, 1 minute from the subway, easy to find, even if it is a bit hidden. Nice staff at the reception, helpful in case something should be. For the noise of garbage disposal every night and the pub across the street, the hotel nothing. It's just in the middle of the city! A small minus: during the stay the bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned. Too bad, otherwise 5 stars.

Camera carina, bagno comodo e letto morbidissimo.
Personale gentile e cordiale.
La posizione è comoda per spostarsi in metro, dato che si trova a pochissimi metri da una stazione.
Vicinissimo alle rive del Tamigi, non male veramente.
Qualità/prezzo buono
