Whenever I called or spoke to anyone from the office they were helpful and friendly. They were also really reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

IQS have an efficient system were all the process was done within the week. The IQS team were very easy to work with, they gave us detailed instructions and advice around what we need.
Whenever I spoke to any of the team, they were helpful and adjusted to suit my best interests. My initial experience made me feel confident with the job at hand, Liz made me feel reassured about the fact that the report would be done within a week before my sale went through.
IQS made me aware of specific defects that opened my eyes to the issues so I can prepare in advance, preventing a further and more expensive problem.
