Amazing experience. My mum decided to get rid of some 9k gold that she no longer wears. A chain, a bracelet, some spare links & another chain with her name attached. Easy to use website gives you a price, found them offering more than other online sites and considerably more than local jewellers. Sent on Friday for Monday delivery. Great service to sell old gold jewellery. I was wary of just posting off scrap gold but called Gold Traders and was convinced when finding them friendly and professional in discussing my concerns. I followed their process, posted off the gold and less than 24hrs later they confirmed their offer with bank transfer completed a short time later. Amazing service. All I had to do was weigh my silver and submit the online valuation form, then send my silver via special delivery. WOW, had some reservations, need not have been concerned. Having checked out various sites, including a local buyer who was offering ridiculous amount per gram I sent off my parcel as directed on their site. Next day was a Postal strike so thought that there would be a delay. There was, I posted parcel on Wednesday 12/10. Strike on the Thursday, money in my bank Friday evening, WOW. I don't mind that sort of delay especially as my scales read 19 grams and when they checked the consignment it came out as 19.6 grams, so they increased the amount paid accordingly. Can not give a higher recommendation for this business. Thank you.

After much research and checking of gold prices I decided to use Gold Traders UK. The on-line process was simple and the instructions very easy to follow. I packaged up and posted my gold using secure postage and the following morning I had an email telling me that it had arrived, a few hours later I received confirmation of the price of my gold, and that the money would be paid directly into my bank, and as promised later that afternoon I had confirmation that the money had arrived into my account. It was a quick and stress free process, and I would recommend Gold Traders for both service and price.

Brilliant service -sent my scrap gold off at 12 noon, payment received (more than I was expecting) into my bank account by 6 pm the following day. Gold Traders kept me informed of the progress of the transaction via email, confirming when they had received the gold and when funds had been transferred to my account. I have no hesitation in recommending Gold Traders and will definitely use them again.

I Found Gold Traders online after asking a local jeweller for a price on some assorted pieces of gold and a soverign and wanted a second opinion on the quote to check if it was fair. I am so glad I did. Gold Traders website is so easy to use and the process of obtaining prices which were far far higher than the jewellers quote was very easy and, having decided to proceed, I found that filling in the forms was quick and straight forward. I posted the items at 11.45am and received an email the following morning at 10.15am confirming receipt and value of the items. After I accepted the valuation the payment was in my bank the same day.
