S. W.It was my 1st time in Bedford & also 1st time visiting Jacky Guy's Hair Salon. I was attended to straight away which was great as this is not always the case in hair salons. Jacky was very lovely, friendly & easy to converse with. She even corrected an uneven hair cut I had from elsewhere before styling my hair & she did a wonderful job of it. I would definitely recommend Jacky Guy's & planning to book another appointment as will be visiting family in Bedford again soon. Thanks Jacky, for a wonderful service.
P. B.Walking in the salon, it felt as though it was in the wrong location. It had a London feel. There was a slight mix up in communicating what treatment I meant to be having but was sorted out by Jacky. I thought she handled the issues with professionalism and I left very happy indeed. I am looking forward to going back in a few weeks. What a lovely experience after having a poor one that damaged my hair without remorse.
