Without doubt the best hair cutting experience I’ve ever had. As ex Air Force myself, I was very happy to see a print from my old squadron on the wall. Poppy cut my hair really well and the chat was so much better than the old “where are you going on holiday this year”. I will 100% return. I like the vibe and relaxed atmosphere of the experience. You do not feel like it’s a rush to get you out for more money. Customer service is second to none.

It was my first time today. I was seen by Yvette who was very polite and professional. She was also a great person to have a chat with! I had a skin fade done that was the best I’ve ever had so far. I can’t express how good the final haircut was. I recommend highly and will definitely return.

THE best barbers in town. Talk about service with a smile! Pleasantly surprised that in this day of fast food, fast shopping and online frivolities that a place can exist that takes you back to a slower, more personal time and pace that resembles a bye gone era and one which i wholeheartedly appreciated. From the welcome coffee, genuine smiles and friendly, laid back atmosphere, the hour and a quarter i spent at Jeeves was simply sublime. Not to mention the hot towel shave, the beard trim and hair (not really much left) cut. The whole experience left me wanting to visit every day as a morning ritual... Cannot recommend highly enough to any chap that wants to be whisked away for a while and enjoy the simpler, more meaningful way to enjoy a shave and a haircut.

Tried Jeeves for the first time this Saturday, have to say I am extremely glad to have taken the plunge to try a new barber. Yvette cut my hair absolutely perfectly, taking her time to do so. I have to say I really appreciated the extra care and attention given, not often does a haircut turn out exactly as you had wanted, but I really cannot fault Yvettes work. The whole team were very friendly & chatty, they were also very accommodating in rearranging my appointment when I was going to miss my scheduled time. I have used Jeeves since 2008 and the quality and service standards are second to none. It is more expensive than other barbers but you get a good haircut consistently. Don't waste your money on cheaper options.

This was my first visit and any first visit to a new hairdressers can be a bit daunting. But this was a lovely relaxed experience and definitely a world better than queueing up at a barbers early morning and not being able to plan your day. Yvette was so professional and really knew her stuff. After lockdown and a few bad self haircuts she soon took me from grizzly Adams today me again! Would highly recommend! They will now be my go to!

The place is well decorated and taking you way back in time. All I missed out was hearing the great vibes by Sinatra to complete the theme. Whenever I come to Jeeves I’m well looked after and as someone who has a beard, I trust them with everything to keep everything well maintained. I know I go to the right place as people come up to me to ask where I get my hair cut and my beard styled! Jeeves is the place to go! The staff and the owners are all excellent and friendly. They always listen and give excellent guidance to a style that matches your preference as well as what’s right for you.

I've been going to Jeeves for years, which in itself shows how happy I am with the quality of service they provide. A fantastic lounge with leather sofas, a great range of coffee table reading, and a welcome cup of tea, coffee, fruit juice or even a beer is always provided on arrival. All the rooms are individually themed too, which adds to the uniqueness of barbering experience. Pav has been cutting my hair for years, knows what needs to be done with my hair and is always really friendly, as are all the ladies who cut hair and provide the shaves. Greg and Sue are wonderful hosts too, always happy to chat and swap a bit of banter. A fabulous oasis of calm and gentlemen's pampering in the middle of Bedford. Highly recommended.

I loathe getting my hair cut. I thought I’d try Jeeves and booked an appointment. Upon arrival I was directed towards the waiting lounge. Chesterfield leather sofa, coffee and a penguin, pictures of Spitfires and her Majesty on the wall - a great start. A perfect haircut followed courtesy of Yvette. Jeeves is not gimmicky or contrived - just old old school, proper and correct. To my disbelief I’ll be looking forward to my next haircut. Great place.

Used them for over 15 years. Great service, every time. Love the fact you can book your haircut rather than turn up and see five people ahead of you in typical Barbers. Always offered a drink (tea, coffee, juice or beer) and a fantastic “officers mess” relaxed waiting room with classic leather Chesterfield Sofas. Haircuts are done in your own themed room such as Sherlock Homes house or the Titanic. Having a very busy life, the time at Jeeves is always great chill out time. “Best Barber in Bedford”, I would even say one of the best in the U.K.!

Went in thinking this place was a regular barber shop. It’s not. It’s high class. I was expecting to pay a huge amount after Pav gave me an excellent cut, but it cost only a few quid more than a haircut at a normal barber down the road. Absolutely worth it
