S. R.As always, feeling well cared for by O'Hair Spa! My appointment today was originally for this afternoon, for a colour, cut & blowdry. Yesterday I recieved a message inviting me in for 9am instead because the expected high temperature would mean I wouldn't be able to have my colour done. This suited me perfectly & I was grateful not to have to postpone my appointment. I was kept supplied with cold water to drink & enjoyed my visit in comfort. The efforts of Elena & the team to ensure all their clients were accomodated in the cooler part of the day is typical of the amazing customer service O'Hair Spa offer. I'm loving my new colour & restyle , & cannot recommend O'Hair Spa highly enough!

The salon has a good set to deal with social restrictions at the moment so I feel safe. Its an enjoyable event going to the salon. It lifts my spirits.

Just wanted to say thank you for Emma for finally getting the colour I wanted!I have asked for Ash Brown colour in the past took couple of attempts with a different stylist wasn’t really happy with the colour. Highly recommend Emma she definitely got closest to the colour I wanted. She was very polite and professional.

J. s.I absolutely love the balance you have created here. It is welcoming and every visit makes you feel pampered. There is none of the intimidating feel of the big named salons and all of the skill! The ordinary woman can relax, indulge and trust the skilled stylists to make them feel a little bit extraordinary without the need to take out a mortgage.
I have even been tempted up to the beauty therapy area with very successful results. If you want pampering for a special occasion or simply great advice and skillful styling you will not be disappointed!
My stylist is Charlotte and she has transformed me into Dusty Springfield for a pop star party and also given me a great restyle for a confident return to work following surgery. Best salon I have used and lovely to know you are so convenient and close to home. Have had appointments on the same day and was so impressed to be remembered.
Coffee is plentiful and delicious and all in all you are lifesavers!

A. W.I have been going to O'Hair for about 7 or 8 years to have my hair cut and styled (and on occasion to use the beauty salon for treatments). I have always found it to be welcoming and friendly - a big bonus in my book.
My stylist (Becki) has done my extensions, colours, cuts, restyles etc and I found her advice and service to be second to none. I always walk out the salon feeling that everyone (from the receptionist, shampooer and stylist) has done their utmost to satisfy me and most importantly I'm made to feel like a VIP while I'm there.
Long may their service continue - I don't know what I would do without them on my 'bad hair days'!
