P. B. H.First time amazing experience, second time just OK
Compared to the first time that I went to Saramanda, the haircut was just OK… The place is always spotless, the receptionist is kind and they sometimes offer you hot drinks whilst waiting or getting a haircut. The first time I got a haircut in Saramanda, I left the place with an amazing hair that I didn’t know I had! Emma-Jane was a skilled hairdresser, she washed, cut and styled my hair in less than 30 minutes. At the end of the haircut, I asked her if she could cut a bit more and add more layers, which she was happy to do with no problem. After the haircut, she put some hair cream, used the diffuser and even taught me how to style it myself as she also had curly hair and knew the issues we had to deal everyday. This time, however, I had a different hairdresser and I wasn’t as happy as the first time. I asked her if she could cut the length and add more layers to my hair since it looked a bit boring, but she said that we only had 5 minutes before her next appointment and that it would take another new haircut and possible needed to charge me for it. To be fair, I did tell her almost at the end of the appointment but not at the end of the haircut since she was still cutting it and it’s usual for the hairdresser, when she finishes (or at least in my experience), that they asks you if you like the hairstyle and put a mirror behind for you to approve the length. I couldn’t see quite well the length whist she was cutting it. At the end, she cut the length a bit more and my hair improved and looked a bit different but it was just fine. I don’t think that you need to have natural curly hair or specialised in this type of hair to know how to cut it, but having it yourself definitely give you extra points as a hairdresser. I will definitely go back to Saramanda but I would ask for a
different hairdresser
L. H.I have been coming to Saramanda for some time now and this salon has everything I look for. Apart from Hair, Beauty and sunbed services you really do feel like part of the family each time you visit which is really quite rare. Christina does a fab job on my hair every time and is always giving me new ideas. I ALWAYS go to Mandy for my holiday nails (see below) and Carla is just fantastic at all things beauty and really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
This is a team that really does care about their clients, works hard to give the best possible service and are always exploring new treatments to expand their services further. A great team and a great Salon !

C. B.This AWARD WINNING salon is absolutely incredible. From start to finish no matter what treatment you have you will feel like part of the Saramanda family. I have had my hair done by Tina and every time without fail she does an amazing job - even when I say I have no idea what I want doing! :) Mandy is the only person I will go to for my nails or lash extensions and she will outdo herself every time I go - she is a real perfectionist and makes you feel like you are so special. Regarding beauty treatments with Carla, from the moment you step into her room, you are instantly calm and relaxed and she was 100% born to do that job. From waxing to facials to foot peels, it really is such an incredible experience every time.

L. M.I won't go anywhere else for my hair, and I am fussy! I used to insist on fancy London salons only, but Kim is amazing. She really listens and understands what I want, and more importantly, what will look good. I trust her suggestions and always leave happy. Also, Mandy takes real care and attention when doing my nails and they look great. On top of that the salon is always buzzy and welcoming.

R. F.I recently had my first Keratin Revolution treatment with Mandy and oh my gosh WHAT an incredible treatment! I used to rarely wear my hair down because of the time and effort it took to dry, tame and straighten my curly frizzy hair but after this treatment it is SO sleek and smooth and so much more manageable! I don’t have to worry about the weather anymore and know my hair will just stay as I styled it - An absolute game changer!
I also have my nails done (calgel) by Mandy regularly - There are so many colours to choose from and are always of high quality and last really well.
Mandy and The Team are so professional, and just all round lovely people who have adapted incredibly with all the COVID precautions, going above and beyond to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend this salon - can’t wait to see you all again soon! :-)

I get my hair and beauty treatments here and can honestly say the ladies are amazing. The warmth you feel from the staff when you walk in is extremely rare to find, you immediately feel comfortable. I certainly can't see myself going anywhere else.

The salon is always so clean and tidy and the other members of staff will always say hello and ask how I am. Have also had a couple of hair cuts at the salon and always leave feeling amazing. S. M.Couldn't recommend this Award winning salon enough! Excellent service and friendly staff. Clean, Affordable and positive atmosphere. I get my nails done regularly with Mandy and she takes time and effort into her work, along with all the other girls. They cater for all required needs and it is a positive and clean atmosphere. I leave with new nails, with some glitter of course and love them every time. Could not recommend all the services at this salon enough!

The team at Saramanda have worked hard to ensure they are safe; visors and screens used, hand gel on entry and exit. None of the regular joy has been lost, a great and relaxing experience... with added sparkles!
