E. C.Have visited several times and always had a great cut and great service. However my most recent visit didn't live up to expectations, as the guy cutting my hair, while he did a good job, continually stopped to have a really inappropriate conversation with a waiting customer, while the place was full of children. The visit overall took over 2 hours as a result. Had it not been for this one incident, I would've given Cliffs 5 stars
