Great to see Aid again and good to meet George. George took a great deal of time to assess my colour. He then improved my colour with great highlights. George was really pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Aid was brilliant. He was able to restyle my hair and the result was amazing. As always Aid uses his great experience to amazing effect. I have had lots of positive comments from family and friends and have already booked again.

Excellent as always. I took pictures of my previous hairstyles and colour that Bad Apple had done in the past. I listened to their advice and gave them creative control as I trusted their opinion. All staff have excellent hair! 🤌🏻🙌🏻💪🏻 The cut and colour exceeded my expectations which were already super high. The atmosphere and whole experience were stress-free.

Had a haircut after having not had one for a couple of months and it was done professionally, carefully, and had a nice chat too. Madi listened to what I wanted and that I was a bit nervous about getting too much off, and the end result was the best haircut I’ve had in quite a while. I will definitely return for my next one here too!

Brilliant. I came in with no real idea what I wanted, and Reece was excellent in making suggestions and doing a cut that really suited me. Embarrassingly, my blood sugars must have been really low as I nearly fainted halfway through the cut. Everybody was incredibly supportive, patient and helpful. Definitely going above and beyond putting up with me!

As far as my hair colour treatment by George is concerned I am extremely happy with the outcome. George is extremely professional and skillful in what he does and very happy to advise and support throughout the process. I would strongly recommend him if you need your hair colour done. I feel really bad adding this review, however it's meant as constructive to better service delivery. My review is based on the washing process, So I was charged £54 for my hair cut I wouldn't of mind paying as it was beautiful finish (cut) however this was a price for a deep treatment to (that I didn't have to my knowledge)! I had my hair washed using jugs from out back from kettle (it was un comfortable not explanation was issued as to why and again no treatment or anything enjoyable in fact it was really un comfortable) not sure if it was an issue just on the day? It would have been better customer service to be informed as to why and not charged full price for a deep condition treatment that I didn't receive. It was rushed and un professional unfortunately. Please note Again hair stylist was great.
