It was my first time getting a haircut from this barbershop, the barber did a very good job. My hair was very long and messy and was not cut for 1 year due to illness and surgery. I also know my hair can be very thick and hard to cut however this barber did an awesome job he put a lot of effort into washing and then cutting my hair he did it in a professional way. I showed him a video on what hairstyle I wanted before coming in and he did a perfect job of copying the hairstyle in the video, I will 100% be coming again when I need a haircut.

Always a warm welcome stepping into the shop, very subtle and professional shop, service from each of the barbers is superb, very friendly and kind staff. Also the booking service is great, would advise booking in advanced. Service from Jalaal has always been top quality never left the shop unsatisfied, been coming to him over 2 years and never a dull moment, great conversations and great haircuts. Would recommend everyone to come here, new or old customers treated the same and craftsmanship is always at its highest. The haircut is always beyond my expectations, Jalal not only goes to manifest what you want but goes the extra mile to ensure that he perfects the very style you want and need. Further to this, the barber never forgets your usual style and therefore makes the whole experience of barbering, quick, efficient and very comfortable. The shop has a high level of hygiene alongside routine cleaning of all utensils before and after the haircut. This is possibly one of the best barbering shops in Birmingham, if not the best in the United Kingdom. The prices are very reasonable and the timing spent on each client is sufficient. Barber Jalal makes significant relationships with each and every one of his clients alongside having a calm and positive ambience in the shop.
