Just had my massage here first time going and I will be returning definitely. I booked last minute and I live on the other side of Birmingham but this was definitely worth the trip. Amazing service amazing full body massage I feel so relaxed from top to toe Thankyou!

Been going to Kalpana for many months now to get my eyelashes and eyebrows done and I absolutely love her work! I always get compliments after I get my lashes done as they look so great! Kalpana herself is so lovely, she's got such this bubbly, positive attitude and it's amazing that she always tries to help me especially when I message her needing a last minute slot. Honestly, would recommend her to my friends and family (I told my mum to go to her!)

Had a really good looking bob cut today and I must say it was quick and was perfect. I asked for another service which I wasn’t booked for, and she definitely didn’t wanna lose her customer and she added me to it, and I had a good relaxing deep cleansing facial. 💯❤️

I had booked for nano keratin treatment. The Salon is nice and clean. The staff members are very friendly especially the owner Kalpana . Very friendly person. Just sad that some things didn’t work properly afterwards , but Kalpana has excellent communications and communicated with me throughout and solved the solution for me ❤️ Highly recommend coming here!!

I came here for a balayage.Both Kalpana and Abby were amazing!!! Both of them went that extra mile to make sure I Ieft happy and satisfied.I love my new colour!Abby also gave a brilliant shoulder massage,I will be booking in for a massage with her soon.Thankyou so much ladies for a wonderful experience.

Have been coming here for a few months now. Great service, Jai is very friendly professional and has great attention to detail. Takes her time with you but really fast at the same time which works perfect for me as I have young kids.... Place is very clean and always smells amazing :) Jai makes me feel welcomed every time, great customer service. I am so glad I found this place and Jai. Beauty & Scissors was recommended to me and I would really recommend the salon to anyone looking for a friendly and relaxed salon with attention to detail. The salon belongs to Kalpana who is always very professional and accommodating. Jai who does my threading and waxing does so with care and attention. Recently, I started having my usual lash lift at the salon. Beauty & Scissors is definitely one of the best salons I've been to for a lash lift. Kalpana does an amazing job!

I booked kalpana for my bridal mehandi, without seeing her work. She did an amazing job and she ensured the design i wanted was done accurately and matched. My mehandi came out really dark for my wedding day. I would differently recommend kalpana and reasonable price.
