I visited Cora hair on 17/03/22. It was my first visit & my first professional haircut since 2019. The salon was bright clean and very calming. I was very nervous as my hair was in a dreadful state. I had been experiencing hair thinning attributed to stress/covid and the last 2 years. I really wasn't sure what could be done. I left the salon feeling a million times better and my hair looked fantastic. I usually want to wash my hair straight away & style it myself, like many people do, BUT not this time I was 100% happy with the cut & how it had been styled. I've had so many complaints since, it has been a complete ego boost. The icing on the cake, it is now so easy to style when I do wash it. You know you have had a fantastic stylist when your hair stills feels brilliant a week later. Thank you Greg I look forward to my next visit. 😊

Faye was professional, attentive and did exactly what I wanted. I asked for long curtain bangs, with long/short layers throughout, and a U cut. Previously my hair was very long, all one length, and bushy. Now my hair feels lightweight and bouncy, without taking away from my hair's length and thickness. My blow-dry also lasted 3 days. The layers are gorgeous. Definitely recommend Faye for a luxe finish.

I hadn't had my hair cut since before the first lockdown and I was really anxious about finding a new salon after moving to a new city, but I'm really glad I came to Cora! I had a simple cut from Faye, who was professional and super friendly, and couldn't be happier. The whole experience was really great and I'm so happy with how Faye did my hair. I'll definitely use this salon again and highly recommend them. :)

Really fabulous and friendly service. Had hair half up/down for a gala dinner,Kim was really good, gave her an idea of what I wanted and she was able to do this and constantly checked I was happy with it at each stage , and nothing was too much trouble for her. I was really impressed with how professional Cora hair was. My stylist was sick so tiger covered for her. He was absolutely lovely and did a good cut, but my blow dry lasted less than a day before I lost the curls and it became slightly frizzy. This being said I was really impressed by my first visit so I would be willing to give it another try.

I went to Cora and had my hair cut and styled by Tiger. After years of going to salons and not getting what I wanted, Tiger was able to know exactly what to do! He had a deep technical knowledge of hair shaping and length to compliment my bone structure which I found very useful and impressive. He also was very friendly and made me feel comfortable whilst I was in the salon. A 5* service!

I had my hair done on the 20th July and to be honest wasn’t happy with the service which is unusual as I have a customer for fives years and have always left feeling amazing and looking great. I left feedback and received a call back from Cora within 24 hours and I have to say that after the call I actually felt like a valued costumer. I visited this salon today for a colour test, as I wanted to do a silver ombré on my black hair. The lady who spoke to me, I think she was Kim, was so helpful about this procedure and explained to me everything in detail, saving me from extra damage that I would cause to my hair. I really appreciated her honesty, you don’t see that everywhere, so if you guys want a salon with honest recommendations this is the one! She really helped me, thank you.

Tiger was absolutely amazing! He greeted me with a smile and a consultation - he discussed my different options with me personalising to my needs! I wish I could upload the photos I took of my hair because it was soooooo nice and I felt so pretty! I have long black hair which was very damaged by overbleaching with different colours including blonde and brown.. I now have a beautiful bouncy balyage and my blowdry looks the same 24 hours later! Tiger was super sweet and really made me feel comftable - he literally spoke to me like we were the best of friends!!

I went there for my bridal hair and I was so pleased with the result. We were in a rush so they made sure I was on time and even finished early, coming one hour earlier just for me. The price also really surprised me: so cheap for the quality of service! Would definitely recommend these lovely people.

I had an appointment with Anet which was super lovely! She didn't tell me off for cutting my own hair or not being to a hair salon for more than 3 years which made me feel super welcomed. She also kept in mind that I wanted to keep my length and just add layers and fringe as that is usually something hairdressers ignore and end up chopping off quiet a lot :D We all been there. Overall my cut&finish was only £26 and I will definitely come back!

Have just had a colour and keratin treatment at the salon today. Cora was superb as usual, my colour is exactly what I wanted. The keratin treatment is just the absolute best, it totally transforms my hair from a frizzy mop to a sleek Bob. I couldn’t live without it. All of the staff were friendly and kept me in coffee all day. It was nice to see it so busy in the salon and the atmosphere was lovely. I couldn't recommend the salon more, it’s friendly, affordable and they really know what they are doing.

My appointment with Lameese went well! It was my first visit and she made me feel very comfortable. The only thing that I will mention is that I kept having to stand up when getting the length cut. I did have very long hair to start with, but i've never had to stand up to get my hair cut before? I didn't really mind, but i'm just thinking about the less abled people or people who can't stand for long periods of time - it may be uncomfortable for them. Maybe the staff can sit on stools next time, or pump the client's chair up so it's higher? But i'm happy with my haircut :)

I came here today to get blonde highlights put in and a hair cut and I'm so happy I did! I'm usually very nervous about going to the hairdressers because they can be so hit and miss but I can honestly say for the first time in years I walked out of a hair salon super happy with the results. Kirsten was the hairstylist that put in the blonde highlights for me and she did a fantastic job. I showed her a photo I found on Instagram of the hair colour I wanted and she replicated it exactly. She did such a great job and the final result was way better than any other highlights I've had done in the past at other salons. Charlie was the hairstylist that cut my hair and I was super happy with the results. My hair is naturally curly and tangles quite easily but she handled my hair with care and was very gentle at detangling and didn't rip my hair out like a lot of stylists tend to do. She gave me just the cut that I asked for and styled my hair lovely. Thank you to both these girls and to the salon!

Visited Cora for the first time today and am very happy with the result. Staff were very friendly and despite being a little early to my appointment, I was seen straight away. When I have visited other salons in the past, I have always left the salon with little change having actually been made to my hair. Today however, I left Cora feeing wonderful and confident with my new hairstyle, as the stylist actually listened to what it was I wanted and made sure that I left feeling content. Today was the first time I've been in a hairdressers and they were very welcoming and friendly which relaxed me and got rid of any nerves. I got an ash blonde balayage done by Kim, which is really gorgeous! Kim listened to what I was aiming for and gave me suggestions which helped to get the hair the way I wanted and best suited for me. I then had a trim from Sami who did an excellent job too. I am really happy with the results and will definitely be going back in the future! I really recommend getting your hair done here!

I had my hair coloured in wed 31st for the modelling session. I forgot to ask my stylist's name!!! But she was amazing. I wasn't sure of what colour to choose she was very helpful in helping me and I love the new colour. She was very polite and offered refreshments. This is for Hair by Paul which is a separate business, based at Cora. (I've never used any other service) Conveniently located, Paul's base is upstairs, away from the hustle & bustle so I find each hair cut pretty relaxing. Paul takes the time to ask what you'd like, even if you have the same thing. All through the cut, he'll check regularly if you're happy. It's always a great finish and my super fine curly hair is easy to maintain after each hair cut. Highly recommended.

I have been going to see Nilima for my eyebrows microblading. I would recommend her to anyone, I get so many compliments and she makes you feel comfortable during the treatment.. top up treatment is offered to correct and impercetions, very professional and experienced! 5 stars from me.

I visited Cora’s Hair for the first time today. Upon welcome, the staff were cheerful and inviting. The floor looked wet but in fact it was just so shiny, lol! The place was spotless. I was offered drinks and cake multiple times, aswell as recieving small gifts due to it being the salon’s 5th year anniversary. My stylist Annet was by far the best stylist I’ve ever had. My hair is very long, and I am usually upset when leaving other hairdressers like Rush because they don’t do anything I couldn’t have done myself. The difference this time was Annet did exactly what I wanted and more! She was kind, attentive and overall lovely. I wish I had discovered this salon 5 years earlier! I will be coming again and would 100% recommend Annet, she is an asset to the establishment.
