Got a haircut from a barber called Ali. He did me nicely and gave me a hellaa clean cut. Didnt rush at all compared to other barbers. Defo recommend this place the service is top tier. Will be defo coming back here

You always get nervous coming to a new barber. However Pacino Barbers are really different to your average barber. They make you feel extremely welcome and the customer service is A1. The haircut was amazing Junaid is the best barber in Brum rn and he understands what you want. 10/10 would recommend.

Pacino's is immaculate and impeccable! It looks like a barbershop that should be in Harrods. The service is second to none. The staff are very friendly and make sure you're looked after from the moment you walk in. This barber shop offered amazing customer service. It provides services a normal barber shop doesn’t, staff are very friendly and do such a amazing shop. Really recommend people to try it out. Once you go here you are not going back to your barber.

As a new barber shop you always worry about trusting a new barber with your hair, but that doubt turned to trust and I now have a new barbers after spending years at my previous.. Honestly can't speak highly enough Professional, great service from staff, great tunes in the shop.
