I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! This week I went to sort out my hair it was overgrown and there was no style and I had a meeting the next day. They took care of me straight away talked to me about options and explained what they thought would suit me as I was not sure. Very happy with the result and today I came again to see Mari I struggle with my skincare which makes me feel self-conscious. I always leave feeling very relaxed and often have people say nice comments after I come here for treatments I am going to start coming more regularly as they are worth it. There prices are very fair for the service, skills and quality provided here. This is the place to go! they are good for everyone 🙂. Very very happy. They deserve more than 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overall fabulous first experience. Great staff, great haircut, great price, great communication, and great location. I booked my appointment online, and wrote a comment about my situation - haven't cut my hair in a LONG time, didn't know exactly what I wanted. Tony messaged me shortly after my booking went through and asked for photos of my hair, which I happily provided. He gave me quick suggestions for what I might want to do. Appreciate that! When I got there this morning, Milan greeted me and was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. He did a great job helping me figure out what I want to do with my hair, and he also did a fabulous job cutting it. He made sure I'm comfortable with what he's doing with my hair, asking if he can use certain razors and making sure the lenghts being cut are fine with me. Majid (I believe that's the name of the boss) helped Milan later into the haircut. He seemed to be very efficient and professional, he cleaned up the cut and I am VERY happy with the results - never have I liked my hair so much! He was also very friendly. Both of them gave me suggestions and tips for my hair - much appreciated. Premises are clean and tidy, price was £30 for a wash and cut - that's really good I think. Do recommend! I will be coming back again.

Sorry for the late review. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a perm. My hairdresser Tony was the one who done my perm and the outcome was great! He told me what products to use for my hair and how to take care of it in general. As I was in the process of getting a perm me and Tony talked about a lot of topics which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommend this place Tony is the man for Perms 😃. Love this place! I get my nails done here and the service is fantastic. I'm always offered a tea or coffee on arrival and staff are all friendly. I've been to a few other nail salons in Birmingham but this is the only place I will go to now. Negar pays attention to detail and really does a brilliant job, my nails always look amazing and she listens to what you want. The quality of the nail polish is great too as I've found my gel nails always last longer than when I've been to other places. Also feels covid safe as there is hand sanitizer on arrival and staff wearing masks.

They fixed my horrible manicure that was done by “Nails and the city”. The price was definitely worth it. My mom did her hair there while I was doing may nails. And she loved it. Found it hard to find a good hairdresser in my local area that I could actually get across what i was looking for but after reading some reviews of Johnny I had to track this fella down and see if what I had read was true. And it was. Johnny is a quality hair stylist who was able to understand right way what I was wanting and I feel confident that he can give me the hair cut I'm looking for with just a few instructions and his insights. He loves delivering the best results for his clients and you can tell he really means it. I went for a short mod type cut which needs an experienced expert. The hair salon is in a good location just behind the bull ring in birmingham. He's give you a great service at a competitive price and good banter too. The experience i had at Tandis was amazing, i firstly got introduced to Joe who is a stylist he was very friendly and knew what he was doing. As i had a very vague understanding of what haircut i wanted he understood pretty well and took a good hour perfecting the blending doing the final checks and understanding exactly what the shape of my hair is by blending thoroughly as he was visualising the haircut the top of my hair was proper level and felt really smooth thanks Joe you did a tremendous job of my hair.

I had another haircut here by a nice young man called Joe. He did a great job on my hair. The Manager Tony was excellent again and so very professional. I went into Tandis this afternoon to re book to get my haircut by Joe 14/05/18 and was disgusted by what I was witness too. One of the female staff members was giving abuse to the Manager in front of myself and others but Tony being the professional he is wasn't rising to her goading. This is the first time I had witnessed anything like this at Tandis and I won't let it deter me from re visiting there.

They do great haircuts, as i have been coming here since the start of last year and everytime ive came to get my haircut, they always take it to my standards and they take every direction of what the customer wants, but also giving suggestions to you, about what kind of haircut suits you and your head-shape, as well as having reasonable prices and it isnt too expensive, compared to other hairdressers in the city centre.
