I visited this Hair Salon for the first time for a hair cut today. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming which really made me feel at ease. Once I explained the style and the cut I wanted, the Stylist delivered excellent results and did an outstanding job. I was very happy with the cut and the service I received and the price was reasonable too. I would definately recommend this hair salon to anyone looking for a hair cut.

Very good service,so impressed as two ladies did my foils to save time and they did every one with such care,if they were not happy they did it again.even when washing they washed properly and showed me colour once toner was on to see if I was happy.and then again the lady dried one part of my hair and asked me again if I was ok with colour. The owner blowed dried my hair so quick but did it so professionally,she clearly knows her stuff. I am definitely a regular. I have been to places were some foils take some don’t but this was brilliant all over. Never had a fab quality of service. If I had to make one complaint it would be the parking in area is only one hour. But a small price to pay if u come out from a salon feeling happy. Very well done to the team. See you soon! 😀

I had my roots done to cover my grays. The colour was left on for 45 mins but the grays weren’t covered. They put the colour on again and told me to leave for 10 mins. I said it needs to be at least 20. It was then rinsed off and still not covered. They wanted to do it again but I didn’t. I was told it was my fault because I said to leave it on for 20mins. At least I got half my money back. I think the colours used just aren’t great!

I come here whenever I'm in Birmingham, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly and chat as little or as much as you like. They always do a great hair cut for a very reasonable price. Could not recommend them strongly enough!

What a wonderful experience I had at this salon!! Couldn’t recommend enough the staff are so polite and welcoming! I was greeted by a lovely lady called mahsa who was so polite not to mention a fantastic young lady Ash who offered me a drink and made me feel welcomed whilst I was waiting for my appointment. I had a very talented hairdresser (mahsa) who listened to me and cut and coloured my hair exactly how I explained in wanted it I’m so happy with my new hair and as I was a new client I definitely going back 👌 👌

So... I bought a cut and blow dry for the salon from Groupon. Always a little sceptical with groupon and when trying a new hairdresser for the first time generally. The haircut I walked out with was exactly what I wanted and better than I anticipated. I normally find myself squinting into a mirror for a few days until I get used to a cut. I loved this one instantly. Not much in the way of small talk but i hate having to find interesting things to say about the weather, that just made it a better experience in my eyes.

I have been to many hair salons in the past asking for a balayage and they always try and rush it in 2-3 hours and it always looked brassy because of my natural dark hair. I chose this salon because the balayage bookings came up as 5 hours. Mahsa did my hair and she took her time to get the color and cut that i wanted. Couldn't be happier! She is so honest as well I really trust her with my hair and I was even getting compliments from strangers! Thank you Mahsa for working magic on my hair!
