T. K.I’m so pleased I decided to go to this hairdresser over the others in the area. I had a colour correction with LIsa. The whole team where respectful and understanding of the mistake I’d made colouring my own hair at home. Lisa and Vicky worked tirelessly to ensure I left with a colour I’m happy with. If you choose to go to this salon you will be in extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind hands. They genuinely care about your hair and love what they do. The salon has a really relaxed feel and you will instantly be made to feel at home and amongst friends a skill that’s often overlooked in many salons. I can’t recommend enough

A. L.My another time here. This place really sets the bar for others. It's been my fifth appointment and everything was perfect, from the nice, without hurry, very welcoming atmosphere to the smiling, genuinely kind and professional team,Lisa, Vicky and Terry, to the pristine service.
Lisa always colours my hair exactly the way I want and to be honest l don't know how it's even possible to be as close to the ideal client's vision! In addition, the longevity of the vibrancy of my cooper hair is amazing!
Its fading slowly and beautifully all the steps of the way. What's more, Lisa advises me whether l can have my hair bleached or not and l learnt to trust her 100percent. She is the best colourist l have ever had pleasure to meet.
Last time l also had a cut and to my happiness its perfect as well. I couldn't praise the place more. Would have no hesitation in recommending Terry Steventon to her majesty the Queen, really. And l had been deeply dissapointed before l found the salon as my three previous appointments in a row in three different places had been far from satisfying…it resulted in my hair being much too short, bleached and generally not nice looking. Thank you Terry Steventon. You are a bunch of unique people and l am happy Bournemouth has YOU.
M.Was a wonderful experience at this hairdresser. Lisa was doing an amazing job. Last time I only did washing, cutting and drying, but all was done very well and professional. Prices are expensive, but from my point of view it's worth it. Have been with other hairdressers before and if you pay less, you definitely get less was my experience with them.
So overall I would always go again to Terry Steventon, it's an amazing team with professionals. All very friendly!
M. D.Due to my hair being extremely thin I was scared I wouldn’t be able to bleach my hair and would be stuck as a brunette forever. The team spoke me through my best options and told me their bleach is full of essential oils. Lisa ended up doing balayage and she is absolutely amazing. I’ve never felt prettier. I love my hair, she took good care of me and spoke me through everything she was doing. She’s so friendly and made sure I left feeling happy. I recommend this place hugely!
Z. L.I've been having my hair done by Terry for many years now (I even travel over from Southampton for it). I can honestly say its the best hairdressers I have ever been to. All the staff are friendly and fun and so generous with their time, advice and tips.
My latest visit was for a change of style and colour which I've always found makes me a little nervous. Not a hint of nerves in Terry's incredible hands, that man is a hairdressing wizard! We talked though some images I'd saved and he explained clearly what would work best for my hair. We continued to talk throughout about the colour and cut so I was fully involved and knew exactly what to expect.
Needless to say I absolutely LOVE my new look and I am so excited to show it off. I really couldn't recommend this salon more as they are absolutely the best at what they do and such lovely people!

I had Lisa who definitely had a passion for cutting short hair and it was great to see how much she loved doing it! She, and the rest of the staff, were super friendly and made me feel welcome which is often something I struggle with in a new hairdressers. F. W.I have been having my hair done by Lisa for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. I have short, fine hair that I know is challenging but I always walk out feeling amazing. I love to experiment with colour and letting Lisa get creative is always a good idea!
I live in London and travel to Bournemouth so Lisa can colour my hair .... enough said!
