C. O.On holiday in Bournemouth and decided to finally get that much needed haircut. They were very accommodating with my inpulsive request and slotted me in. I then got an amazing haircut from Mark. Absolutely chuffed with the service! He took his time to make sure everything was perfect, unlike some salons who often rush to finish the job. Pity I'm not from Bournemouth else I'd frequent them going forwards!

This salon has been the best visit to Toni & Guy so far! Frankie was absolutely delightful - really knowledgeable and welcoming. I had a lovely Latte and a relaxing head massage and I felt totally looked after by her and the team. All the staff smiled as they walked past which made me feel so comfortable! Frankie colour matched my highlights so perfectly I’ve had heaps of compliments since. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with each stage of her process as well. What a legend.
M. L.I had my hair coloured by a lovely girl Alouisa I think her name was .Did a great job with my hair. Better than I actually pictured my hair being . Such a bubbly personality to make you feel relaxed and welcome. Wish I had the extra money to tip ! Definitely going again and would recommend :)
Z. T. R.I went in for colour touch up, highlights and hair cut. I had an amazing experience with Frankie she is an absolute gem! I explained what colour I wanted and she matched it perfectly she was very patient and gentle with my hair and really looked after it.The Saloon was immaculate clean and had a nice cosy vibe to it. Staff were friendly and nice too. I couldn’t be more please with everything thank you Frankie!
J. C.A truly fantastic hair salon with the most lovely, warm and friendly people. I went here again today and spent a nice afternoon with Frankie who is currently training and Alistair. A very relaxed atmosphere and has had a very nice and classy refurb. They always offer you a free drink and have kept the same great price for me since the first day l went many years ago. They spend a long time with you are are very caring people. This place is and always will be my first choice.
E. S.I hadn't been to a salon for a haircut for at least 5 years! But after pregnancy my hair had been left in such poor condition I decided to cut my hair from about armpit length to chin length to get all the dry and dead hair cut away so I put my faith in a salon that has been in place for a very long time and I have no regrets. Mark did an AMAZING job on my hair, so much so that I will probably be back for another trim before it's been 5 years again! All the other staff were lovely too and everyone was so sweet and complimentary in all kinds of ways. Honestly worth a visit of you need a new look and a welcoming environment.
