I am new to Pencoed and booked randomly with Emma. I wasn’t disappointed, from walking in the beautiful salon to the end result was an amazing experience. Emma is a lovely, warm and friendly lady. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She took the time to explain everything that she was doing as she went along. I presented her with such a challenge wanting changes to my hair colour but she wasn’t daunted. She is so professional and really knows her craft. I was exceptionally happy with my hair. It looks and feels amazing. I would highly recommend a visit to Stoked to anyone.

I am absolutely over the moon with the fantastic cut done by Emma for me. It was in desperate need of a overhaul of which having been to Emma in the past I knew I would get only I didn’t bargain for just how fantastic I felt leaving the salon! It’s been just over a week since the cut & I am managing my hair better than ever. I can’t wait for my colour next week. I’m so happy to be back in safe hands. (My hair is thick & there’s lots of it) Ps the salon is looking lovely & fresh with the added bonus of vegan products & the magic towels are something else ! I’ve had my hair cut with Emma since I was 14 (I’m now 20). It’s taken me a while to think about what to say in this review because she is more than just my hairdresser. I would honestly not trust anyone else with my hair, even since moving across the country for Uni, I still make regular appointments with her. She is just amazing. Absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for every single one of her clients and I always look forward to my next appointment with her. I cannot wait to grow up and come back every year to tell her about my adventures. Love you Em xx

Emma came to the rescue when I was looking for a hairdresser to do my hair for a Sunday wedding. The majority of hairdressers don't work a Sunday but Emma replied to my message straight away and was really lovely and accommodating, even though I am not a regular client. She opened the salon for 9am and even had a coffee waiting for me! Emma did a fantastic job with my hair and I had lots of compliments on the day. The style also stayed in place all day.
