After not having my hair cut for two years Yoyo had her work cut out tidying it up and giving it some shape again. My hair was rather long and has a natural wave. They did a great job, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Thank you!

I had my hair cut by Cleo this morning and I’m genuinely delighted. She listened to what I wanted and delivered a beautiful long bob, which looks so healthy. The salon is very clean and stylish, and has a lovely relaxed ‘green’ feel, without pretence. All the staff I dealt with were very personable, friendly and professional.

Yoyo was lovely and the blow dry was great. I ended up having to put the back up in a little bun because the curls took over a bit, but the front stayed great and I got so many comments when I went out about how great my hair looked!! Thank you!

THE BEST. Honestly if I could give more stars I would... I am absolutely over the moon with my hair. Yoyo is honestly a magician, she is precise, delicate and you can really tell she gives everything more than 100%. First of all, I didn't ask for an easy hair style (transitioning from 3 years dyed black hair to suddenly bleach red hair) Yoyo made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it to be, I have never had such a patient hairdresser. Poor thing even stayed till end of close, I was so grateful. The Point have such an incredible team, 2 absolutely lovely assistants- Crystal (sorry if I'm spelling that wrong) and Maddie (Again, apologies if spelling this wrong) The whole staff there were just absolutely wonderful. I get really anxious going to the hairdresser but the salon is beautiful with a relaxed atmosphere and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I just moved away from Brighton to Yorkshire, and the next time I need a haircut I've decided I'm going to to Brighton so it can be done by Ian and the team. So good they would be worth the 200 mile trip. (I've just had my hair cut by someone else, and it made me miss the point) Ive had my hair cut by Ian several times, and every time has been the best haircut I've ever had. I get anxious when I go to hair dressers, but Ian is a telepath and is always able to give me exactly what I wanted without me saying it, and The team are friendly; it's the only salon I've ever felt comfortable being in. They take into consideration lifestyle and always give a haircut that's going look good as it grows, and not just for one day. I had a pre booked appointment with Jade, and was greeted by another member of staff who was very polite and took me to a seat, told me to sit and Jade would be with me shortly. Very soon Jade came along asked me what I would like and began to cut my hair. She was extremely chatty which is always nice and several times asked me if the cut was okay and if there were any areas id like shorter, she made me feel very comfortable and welcome and the haircut was excellent and to a high standard. I will most certainly return and would book with Jade again, as I prefer someone who has done my hair previously and knows what I like, so there is no need to explain everytime I enter and they know exactly what I want and expect. I was recommended to Ian by a friend who stated he was a genius. No pressure then lol. I was very nervous as like many I had not visited the salon for months and also my first time there. I am very fussy and a hair geek, so my standards are high! So let me say I have not been disappointed and exceeded my expectations. I has really bad Brassey yellow hair which another hairdresser had tried to lighten at another Salon. They didn't help! But when I went to see Mikey at The Point he took the time to understand and advise and what was possible. I ended up with a fantstic, edgy style. The colour and cut exact as I had described. I've been going for many years having had trouble with one of the expensive up market salons in the city. They could not get my colour right but Annita did, with no bother. And, their prices were much more reasonable. They are STILL cheaper than I was paying over 3 years ago. All of the staff are lovely and when Annita is not available I don't hesitate to book someone else. They've now got an online booking system which is brilliant!

I arrived at the lovely salon and was created by Margaret, who did and amazing job on my infills; making sure that I was happy with the shape, and length. My nail art was done by Jen, and I thought I wouldn’t be able to have what I was asking for, but Jen went above and beyond! She took her time and suggested ideas of how to make it my own unique set. The whole time I was there, I felt so comfortable and well looked after! My nails are the best they have ever been and I cannot wait to show them off to everyone, and have them ready for my graduation next week!
