R. M.Always a great quality cut and a friendly, personal service. I first popped in to Andrew's shop around six months ago when the flashy barbers at the end of the road messed up a few times in a row and now I won't go anywhere else but Grades – highly recommend!

B. T.I get my haircut every two weeks with the same barber. An elderly gentleman with glasses cuts and washes my hair to the same high standard every single time. Being busy or not the haircut is always perfect to how i want it and now being a frequent customer do not have to tell him what i want. I care more about the finished look and the quality of the service than the price. I have been to at least ten other barbers/hairdressers in the past that charge more and there is always more than one problem or they are unable to cut the hair how i want it. If you are someone that likes to maintain the same haircut and likes it short like me ( zero on the clippers back and sides ) i would highly recommend.
M. H.Having lived in Bristol for 10 years, I have explored many hairdressers and barbers, Grades has become my regular haunt over the past few years. They have managed to balance traditional and contemporary styles, creating a fusion which works well for them.
The setting itself is cosy and comfortable, it's easy to find with parking outside. The barbers offer a genuinely great service, courteous and professional yet friendly and at hand to offer style advice and how to approach a certain style.
The prices are very reasonable and they offer student discounts during off peak times.
I shall definitely be returning again.

If you want fancy stuff, weird styles or are a member of One Direction, go to one of the gimmicky high street hairdressers who'll massage your head, ego and anything else for a price.
D. H.You know, barber shops are always one thing I struggle with. I find the whole process of getting my hair cut and allowing a stranger so close into my personal space. I discovered grades when I worked close by, and it used to be my regular. I have since moved jobs and it's inconvenient for me to get to Andy, so I tried a few other barbers, some were good at cutting hair, some were slightly cheaper, but I've found myself taking the trip out of my way to Grades for a haircut. He is laid back, very good value and knows exactly what he's doing, and doesn't take so long that you feel your hair growing back whilst in the chair!

Polecam w 100%...mój syn ma nareszcie prawidłowo wystrzyżone włosy i pięknie wyprofilowaną głowe...niestety było co naprawiać po ostatniej wizycie u polskiej fryzjerki...jednak strzyc facetów trzeba umieć..nawet jeśli są tylko dziećmi...przesympatyczny fryzjer ;)..miła atmosfera i nietuzinkowy design ...z calego serca rekomenduje !!!
