Friendly and welcoming staff. Good service 👍 Unfortunately I was quoted a price and when it came to paying the price had increased. Apparently the quote didn't include a blow dry which was charged at £30. Surely this should be included in price of the colour!

Can’t fault anything at all, everything was perfect from start to finish. I recently moved to Bristol and had my first haircut here today. Chris has been fantastic - he’s so friendly and pays great attention to detail. I like the unique interior decor and love the cool vibe of the salon. I’m glad I’ve found a salon and a stylist (Chris) that I can count on. The price is very reasonable too and they very kindly offer 15% NHS discount which I politely declined as I think the service that I received deserved a full price. Already booked my next haircut and will be a regular here from now on :)

Nice people. Good ambience. These days, they don't do walk-ins. Appointments can be booked through their phone number, easily available on Google. Had a haircut with Elaine. She is brilliant. She listened to what I wanted and suggested if any of my choices would look wrong. Will definitely book an appointment with her the next time.

I've finally found a haircut place I like. Been in Bristol for 7 years so at an average of three haircuts a year that's 21 places I didn't like - to be fair I did go to a couple more than once because I was impressed by the hairdresser but then they moved on - so did I. I've only been once but I'm definitely going back. Not just because I got a good haircut (my hair is simple enough), not just because Elaine was nice (personal, professional, interesting, chatty) but I like the vibe. Hairdressers and barbers are not actually particularly well combined but this place has the balance just right. Also it's local to where I work.

The best hair cut and colour I've had in four years. Zoe listened to exactly what I wanted, and asked plenty of questions to get a really strong image. She meticulously applied my colour, toned it beautifully, and trimmed just the right amount off my hair. I left feeling amazing. The staff are all friendly and knowledgable, you're made to feel welcome and looked after at every step

I’ll start with the salon, which has such a nice chilled vibe and is in such a great location! I absolutely love the fact you can have a Prosecco while you get your hair done (or tea, coffee, beer, juice etc). Secondly, Liam and Holly who both make my hair dreams come true! I’ve been going to Liam for years and he’s the only person I’ll trust to cut and colour my hair. Great guy who does great hair! Then life brought Holly my way for hair extensions and I couldn’t be happier. The hair looks flawless, no one even knows I have them until I say. I always get comments on how full and glamorous it looks. I’ve never liked my hair and now I have so much more confidence, thank you Holly - you’re the best! She’ll also be doing my eyebrows and lashes soon which I’m super excited about. Highly recommend the salon, along with Liam and Holly!

I came in here when I had a bleached hair emergency, my hair was all patchy, orange and white and crispy bits and I left with the nicest blonde I will ever have plus a stunning haircut like a filmstar! The staff were lovely and the hair washing was so relaxing I could of stayed all day, Thank you!

Moved here because of Chris. Nice venue and suitably chilled. The other staff are always lovely and helpful. You’ll get a tea, coffee or bear with your cut if you like and afterwards your next to some excellent coffee shops and bars.
