Best haircut I've ever had. It's hard to get a barber to cut my blond curly hair properly but Lucia did an amazing job. I went in with the lockdown scruffy look and came out a completely different person in all the right ways. Many thanks to all the professional and welcoming staff, I will be coming back for sure!

I may be biased as I have been using RSR for years now, but there is a reason I do. It is centrally based, so convenient to pop down during lunch or after work. But the reason I go for RSR each time despite numerous hairdressers in the area are the people - Rachel and Scott (I hope I got these right because I'm rubbish with names) who run the place along with some great young hairdressers - they make the whole experience very enjoyable (and this comes from a socially awkward person) remembering me and my stories even if (due to covid) I only dropped in once every 5-6 months recently. On top of that, the quality of cut and being able to fashion something from my thinning hair that puts a smile on my wife's face, and being very competitive price wise makes this the sole destination for my hair management 😁👍

Have been coming to RSR for about 6 years now. Never had a bad hair cut. All the staff are really friendly, and helpful when wanting to try a new hairstyle. Felt very safe with the measures they currently have in place for Covid.

I've had my hair cut by two of the women here on a few occasions. Both very friendly, listened to what I had to say and made some suggestions which is nice. Cut was a good standard and best thing is they listen and do what you ask for! Some places go full maverick and you end up with something completely different. Nice job.

Dropped in here on the off chance & was greeted by the friendly staff, who cut my hair perfectly & I was very happy with the value for money. I've come here for three years now. I like to keep short hair, so I drop in pretty regularly. I would definitely recommend getting your haircut here. QUALITY: The quality is fantastic, especially as I'm mixed-race with random patches of straight and frizzy hair. STAFF: The staff are fantastic; friendly, fun and interesting. PRICE: The price is one of the best values I've seen in Bristol. A few of my friends have switched barbers to come here now.

Been to this place for about a year now and every time I've left completely satisfied. I have even had my hair cut by both barbers and they are both equally good! I cannot fault the haircut I receive with the side blend being perfect each time. I would strongly recommend anyone who hasn't tried them to give it a go as I'm adamant you wont be disappointed.

I have been using Rachael's services now for many years - since before she took the plunge and set up RSR. I would not go anywhere else, all the Barbers are excellent without exception, the place has a great atmosphere and everyone is welcoming and polite. The opening times suit me and as I now work out of the city it's useful to be able to just drive up and park in one of the many parking bays outside.

For years I've put up with scruffy and depressing traditional barber shops or shiny and pretentious salons. For me RSR have got it bang on - the place looks great, an offer of a drink and (every time I've been in there) 2 attractive girls doing the cutting. I have had a bit of a wait from time to time but I've read one of the many magazines on offer or watched the plasma TV. For £11 in the centre I hate to use the term 'no brainer' but I just did.
