This was by far the best experience I have had in a salon. Rae put so much time, effort and precision into giving me the haircut that I wanted and I absolutely love it! I felt so pampered and well looked after and the detail to customer service was impeccable. I was nervous going in as I was getting my first fringe but Rae and Clair made me feel instantly comfortable and I knew I was in very capable hands. I love my new hair so much and I couldn’t recommend them more! I can’t wait to return!

From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I feel so relaxed and pampered every time I come here. All the hair care products they use are all organic and smell amazing. Clair is my hairdresser and she is absolutely wonderful, so talented and such a lovely person. I always walk away feeling so pleased with what she has done with my hair and would recommend her and the salon to everyone.

I absolutely love my hair from going to this salon. I've had it done twice now by Clair. I'm quite attached to my hair and I usually have a cry after having it done, but I haven't done here! Clair and her team of lovely, friendly girls are great to be around. From the beginning, as a nervous client, all the staff looked after me and made me feel at home, comfortable and relaxed. Clair is very good at advising colours and you feel safe in her hands. Lia and Freya do my hair now and are both good with colour and patient throughout my long process! The salon has such a family feel and I always enjoy catching up with them. I’m really looking forward to the salon re-opening and can’t wait to get my colour re-done. I always come out of here feeling special and my hair gets lots of compliments. Thank you all, highly recommended! Oh, and one of the main reasons I chose this salon, was because their products are mainly vegan too!

Went in to get my current BIAB nails fixed (had a awful experience somewhere else and needed them sorted out). 10/10 experience. The staff were kind, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Greici is wonderful and sorted out my nails perfectly! Will most certainly be going back

I really love this salon, chic inside and a really welcoming atmosphere. All the stylists and owner are really nice, friendly and professional. I was really pleased with my hair by Freya, I had a cut and colour done and the products are fab too. I have tried a lot of various stylists and salons in Bristol and sometimes it can feel awkward. You don't feel like that at this studio. I will continue coming here, it is a luxury experience and you feel very looked after.

I had a makeup consultation with Greici where she advised the best skincare for my skin and then talked through each product as she applied. I asked for a subtle glam look using neutral colours and it was more than I could have asked for! I loved the fact that all the products were vegan and cruelty free aswell as natural. I was given a list of the products that were used and a face map showing how and where to apply. Thank you Greici, you worked wonders 😊

Thank you for an Excellent Gel Manicure with Fantastic Nail Art done by a very friendly, professional nail technician Simona, my hands and nails look and feel lovely. The products used are wonderful and lasts 4 weeks plus without chipping or peeling. Would highly recommend this service.

Ilona always gets a five star from me - I have very thick hair and it can be hard to cut/colour and blowdry - Ilona always does an amazing job..... I go home with the wow feeling, I love my Cut and Colour. Its taken me a long time to have a balayage colour through my hair but with Ilona's experience and time she finally has convinced me, and i'm so please i did as i love it :-)
