Such care and dedication given to carrying out what the customer wants. I’ve been to many salons and I was so impressed with how much care went into asking whether the haircut was right, whether it was what I wanted, whether anything needed tweaking. Georgie was superb, sharing her expertise and curl knowledge, and took so much time and care. I’ve never been to a salon with this level of professional service and customer care. I had BIAB nails by Leah which again were beautifully perfected. My friend and I were made to feel welcome right from arrival and left eager to plan our next visit. So grateful for curly hair specialists in South Wales- they’re few and far between!

Honestly the best hair care experience I've ever had. Curly girls know how hard it is to find someone who listens to your needs and doesn't use your hair as an experiment/ toy. I loved every second of my visit, so relaxing good vibes in the salon and at no point did I feel stressed. Cannot wait for my next appointment! Absolutely amazing salon. Bryley is fantastic and always gives the best advice on your preferred style to suit your hair type and condition. I’ve been to the salon twice now and having had a “blonde transformation”. I was super nervous about having bleach, especially having had bad experiences elsewhere, but everyone made me feel so at ease. Now that I know how talented they are, I don’t feel nervous at all. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years now and I always get my hair done by Rachel who does an absolute amazing job and she is always so sweet and friendly and also a good laugh. DAY LATER: Love, love, love my new do. Happy, happy curly girl here. ORIGINAL REVIEW I scoured the internet for a curly hair stylist, even imploring God to help me find somewhere and can say House of Hinton is truly an answer to my prayers. I am absolutely thrilled with the curl by curl cut Bryley gave me. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering she spent two hours on my hair, cutting it dry, then wet, then several steps of styling, including specifically curly hair products. She even has a dedicated room for curly hair clients with butterflies on the ceiling for when she diffuses your hair and a special curly hair dryer to finish the job. Talk about feeling pampered! Hallelujah, Cardiff finally has a salon where they actually know how to cut curly hair!

Bryley and Leah did my hair on my wedding day in March, as well my bridesmaids, and we had such a great experience! I had a hair trial with Bryley before the big day, where I was given a few options to pick from after explaining what sort of look I wanted for the day. On the morning of the wedding, both Leah and Bryley were so friendly and fun, they fit in with me and my girls so easily and kept a really great, calm vibe throughout the morning and bridal prep! I was so thrilled with my hair and the bridesmaids, thank you so much for getting it just spot on! Bryley even offered to add a few curls to the flower girls' hair too which she didn't have to do but but looked perfect! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful morning, a really pleasant and positive experience! Highly recommend! ❤

First curl by curl haircut and was a little unsure as it's new to me. Frankly speaking I can count the amount of decent hair cuts I've had in my life. Deffo 0 in last 4 years. I got thick curly hair and feel a burden almost going to hair dressers despite previous warning. I had a lovely chat pre haircut about my hair and styling practices. It just got better from there, my hair now has a lovely shape and is much thinner than it was. The product used were suitable and none greasy in fact I purchased two. Outstanding! From the moment I walked in the door is was made to feel so welcome! My expectations were managed very well and Bryley was honest with me about what was possible. I was there for some time (5.5hours) but it was well worth it. Bryley and Jodie took my hair from being flat to full of life!
