I had a haircut by Ross on Saturday, I'am very impressed. its a fantastic Barbershop. Nothing is to much to ask I have always been fussy with my hair however I was put at ease instantly with a fantastic consultation. I can honestly say its the best haircut I have ever had. I have allready booked for next month. Highly Recommended.

Both Ross and the other barber (didn't get his name) were both very nice and easy to talk to, I didn't book my haircut but they squeezed me in, pretty happy with the cut, I paid £15 and thats more than reasonable for what they gave me and I'm sure I'll be back in the future. Thanks guys.

Very friendly and welcoming. Trendy and clean environment. I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed. The haircut was fast but also done to a great quality, he was also more than happy to give me advice for my own hair and how to style it. The price was great too - really affordable especially considering it is located in the city centre.

John was engaging people that were waiting as well as the person in the chair...and his Paddy and Murphy jokes were brilliant. Went there for the first time Friday afternoon and had my hair cut by John. Not only did he give me the haircut I was after, he was a great laugh as well and stayed almost a full half an hour extra after closing time just to accommodate me. Purely found this place by accident whilst en-route to another barbers. I received a cut from the gentleman upstairs (I don't know his name sorry) who was friendly and engaging which was also helped by the fact that we had the same taste in music. Cut and beard trim came to £10 which I thought was most reasonable. Certainly will be visiting again.

Fantastic haircut for myself and my toddler yesterday, whose tantrums were very sympathetically and patiently managed. The haircut was finished on the balcony outside where my toddler was distracted! Possibly the best barber in Cardiff. I have been visiting jones for a number of years now and will do so until he retires! Always a warm welcome in his shop and he is very attentive towards his customers. Every visit jones he has me in stitches and with years of experience he provides me with the best cuts I have ever had. I would urge anyone reading this to give him a try as you will not be disappointed.

The guy can cut hair because he's given me some good cuts in the past but recently, my hair has been rushed, so much so that when I went to another barbers they laughed and asked who previously did it because it grew out wrong. Maybe I'll go back if they get another person and slow things down a bit.

I found this shop today, I could not believe it! its just like the Barber Shop I used to go to with my father. The smell's, Laughter and all round great place to be. Well the man behind the chair was entertaining to say the least! everyone was laughing and having fun. He goes By "Jonesy" you name it He will cut it! I had my son with me who autistic but this did not phase Jonesy who was calm entertaining and fully engaging with my son when it was his turn, I was truly amazed. As this is normally so hard to get this done (nightmare) He took the time even though the shop was full of waiting customers, nothing was to much effort! And the cut's that we had were fantastic my wife is so pleased. So I must recommend that you visit this Barber Shop its a great experience. Dad and Lad combo price £15 Great value We cant wait to visit again next month!

I first visited Jones when they were based in Castle Emporium. To my horror, the next time I went to visit, the business wasn't there. Thankfully, I was happy to discover that they had taken up their own dedicated space up in Castle Arcade. The thing I first notcied is how relaxed Ross makes you feel, he has a very laid back persona and a warm, friendly personality. On top of this, he really knows his beard science which means he can advise you on the best way to shape your facial fur into the beast your aiming for. Highly recommended!
