Morgan & Co is the only place in Cardiff I will trust with my hair. The staff are kind, professional and highly skilled at what they do. They always go above and beyond with their service and the prices are very reasonable. The salon itself is welcoming, clean and aesthetic. Would definitely recommend

Accidentally booked for next Wednesday but they managed to slot me in anyways. Great experience and perfect atmosphere. Talkative barber (sadly did not catch his name, although was in the uppercut barbers) and made me feel welcome at all times. Would happily come here again. I have my hair cut every week with Matt at Morgan and Co Barbers, I found it extremely hard to find a barber in Cardiff that provides a good quality haircut for a reasonable price , However Matt provides a high quality haircut consistently week in week out for a price that is worth paying. Great Service as always. I'm a regular at the establishment with Iwan being my barber he has been cutting my hair now coming on 2 years. I've followed him over to this new barbers as I only trust Iwan to cut my hair. I have to say the new shop is great the atmosphere and the guys who work their are all very friendly and easy to chat to. There is never anything too much to ask for from a bottle of water to a great conversation. I personally am a big fan of appointment based barbering as we both know what time we need to be there and what is expected I've never had to wait and I'm always treated with great care. A great barber shop that I would recommend to anyone in Cardiff. Always leave feeling fresh and looking good keep up the great work guys.

Regular customer at the shop with Iwan. I've been to a lot of different barbers but Iwan gives the best cut I've had and for a cheaper price than I'm used to paying so very happy with the service. Staff are friendly and welcoming but most importantly cut hair very well!

I desperately needed a haircut and many barber shops I called either did not answer, were not talking to me in a way that showed they'd like my business, or were not professional. Morgan & Co answered my call and were very professionally spoken. They were able to accommodate a haircut for me in the closing hour of their day. Due to parking restrictions, I was slightly late to the agreed meeting and they raised no concern at all. The haircut was completed by Zac, who is a recent professional still learning the ropes. He was friendly during the experience and I felt at ease; I enjoyed the discussion during the haircut. The haircut I asked for was a medium skin fade. He was occasionally visually checked on during the haircut by a colleague, but not nearly as enough during the back and sides. The length on top was fantastic, and exactly what I asked for. The sides ended up being much more of a high fade, with a poor taper. My front hairline was not managed and not shaven. I requested this at the end, and Zac completed the request, but after checking in the mirror at home it is clear this was not completed with much diligence. The haircut ended after closing hours. I'm very appreciative of this. I ensured to tip Zac as a thanks for working after close. I believe the haircut would've been much better if Zac was checked up on more regularly and given feedback by his mentor throughout the haircut, giving advice on some parts and informing Zac of his good job during other parts. From how I saw his colleagues cutting other people's hair during my time there, it is clear Zac is attempting to copy his colleagues style of completing a haircut, and not attempting to find his own method of service. For example, both hands were used on the razor during the back and sides, as I saw his colleagues do, but Zac's hands were quite shaken throughout the haircut and I believe it would be much more efficient for him to use one hand on the razor and build some proficient muscle memory and not be so pinpoint precision in his activities. 5 star service, but 2 star haircut. I think with a bit of mentoring and finding his own niche of cutting, Zac will go far in the industry and make a fantastic barber.
