J. M.This was a frustrating experience. Overall I am happy with how the haircut looks but I was left with issues. Despite it being quiet in the barbers, the woman rushed my haircut and finished it in less than 10 minutes. This did not seem an issue until I got home and realised that it wasn't entirely symmetrical at certain points (something which probably could have been avoided if she took her time). Additionally I did not like that she used a cut throat without asking if that was okay. There was no need to do so and I know a lot of people who really don't like them. Finally, for my hair to be not symmetrical and completed in less than 10 minutes, I wasn't happy about being charged £20 for the service.

M. S.I have had my hair cut by the principal of RSB for about 15 years. This started when I lived and worked in Edinburgh. I moved away many years ago but haven't had a better haircut anywhere else since, so, as I still visit Edinburgh for business I still have my hair cut at RSB. Highly recommended.
