K. T. H. G.** Update: 22/Aug/2016: Visited Johns Barber and required a short on the side long on the top cut, beard trim and shaping. Again, pleasant experience, courteous, professional finish and excellent value for money. I chose to pay above the price quoted by John, mainly because the quality surpasses haircuts I've paid 2x the price for in the past. Additionally, I love the history Johns Barber shop holds, which you can see from the pictures/posters/objects within the premises!
** First Visit: Visiting Glasgow from out of town and required a haircut. It was further away from the place I was staying (near Central Station/West End), but thought this was a good opportunity to explore the City at the same time.
At first, I wasn't too sure, mainly because it was my first day in the city. However, I decided to give it a go. Had a great chat with John who is very friendly and has some very interesting stories to tell. Really nice guy and would definitely go back if I ever visit Glasgow again! Great guy, great haircut, great service, great price.
