I'm always really happy with my hair after a visit to Rainbow Room. Stephanie is my hairdresser and she's amazing, she really listens to what I'm looking for and is clear in explaining what she's going to do. All the staff are really nice too, from reception, to the juniors, to the hairdressers. It's just a nice place to be, which is important when you're going to be sitting for hours while you're having your hair coloured.

From start to finish this lovely team made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! I'd been putting off getting a cut for quite some time due to severe anxiety which was exasperated by the lockdown. I explained this prior to the lovely receptionist, Alex, who made me feel at ease instantly through online messages and again at the reception. Very personable and welcoming! My experience just gets better and better. My hairdresser, Jayde, was fab! She was very thorough and knowledgeable while talking me through my worries and styling thoughts and continued on with the cut with my needs and preferences in mind. She has a very caring and warm person centred approach and I felt as if I was speaking with a friend throughout. She also gives a very good shiatsu massage and checks on your comfort often. I was made to feel very relaxed and at home in your lovely salon and absolutely love my new cut. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I felt it more than necessary on this occasion. Thanks alot girls! I hope to see you all again!

My daughter and I have been getting our haircut from Paddy for about 5 years now. He has never let us down. The colour always looks perfect and he always styles it just right. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the complimentary drinks in the salon. The parking is really annoying but worth it if you want to get the perfect cut and colour.

Today I had an appointment with the lovely Victoria, she works at the George Square salon. I modelled for Victoria this afternoon. I can honestly say I’ve not had an experience like this at a salon for such a long time, it was an amazing experience. Victoria was enthusiastic, very professional & an absolute breath of fresh air. She advised me on my hair loss, caused by a recent operation, she also advised me on products, what equipment to use for my new do, and what to avoid. Victoria was an absolute ambassador for your salon, she chatted away with me, made me laugh & gave great advice, she is a little darling. I will definitely be back.

I never normally feel comfortable at hairdressers , in the past I’ve never felt like they listen to me or care about what I want etc. I had time to kill before my train left Oban and went to see if I could get an appointment at the George square salon. They fit me in straight away and the girls at the front desk were nothing but friendly and welcoming. My hairdresser (I think his name was jack) was amazing . I had my hair cut shorter and he listened to what I wanted, made me feel comfortable and nothing was too hard. All in all my experience there was amazing, and I would definitely recommend the salon to anyone. Thanks :)

I love getting my hair done. STEFANIE is my stylist and it's like being with an old friend. I also always love my hair. I don't know the names of any of the other staff but they are all friendly and just lovely. Can't do enough for you. I would recommend this salon to everybody.

Had neglected my hair for the last six months and went in today for an appointment with Stephanie and am absolutely in love with the result. Would highly recommend her and this salon, the colour is exactly what I wanted and she's probably the only hairdresser to ever listen to me when I say I only want an inch off. I have been going for five years, they are very professional and produce a high standard of work with freindly staff. They genuinely care about the condition of your hair and make sure you always have a patch test so there is no problems when they dye your hair. They offer good advice and if you ever have a problem at another hair dressers or mess up your own hair it is a very good idea to go to them to fix it! Very professional and they train students to a very high standard. Great job guys : )

I’ve rarely been someone who returns to the same hairdresser or salon, but Jack understands my hair so well that I continue to go back to him. He is second to none! I’m not the best at describing what I want but Jack interprets what I need better than I do. Always leave the salon very happy with my cut and styling. And the cut lasts my lazy lengthy time in between returning, but I’ve started to go more regularly because of how great Jack is with my fussiness!

Jennifer on reception is an absolute gem so smiley,attentive and caring she's an asset to your business.Jasmine is my hairdresser but feels more like a friend.She's so patient as I must be a nightmare never knowing what I want! I love this salon and it's my local salon it's hairdressing at the highest quality. great welcome on arrival from reception staff. stylists are all trained to the highest standard you get a consultation on arrival then a shiatsu head and shoulder massage and refreshments tea or coffee biscuits or water while you get your hair done and get pampered .there are all different levels of experienced stylists and different price options for them too.the big plus is their great air conditioning in this hot weather which makes the whole experience enjoyable .
