If you're thinking of booking... DO IT!! Matt and the team are simply amazing. They cannot do enough for you. They listen, advise & send you out feeling like a million dollars! The salon itself is clean, tidy & exceptionally tastefully decorated. Their professional but caring attitude towards clients both old and new is second to none!

All the staff are absolutely lovely and make you feel so welcomed. Both Keighley and Casey are amazing at what they do. The salon is very professional and all the staff are knowledgeable about their products and what is best for your hair to get the results you are after. I have been coming to this salon for about 7 years. The service received each time is excellent and I love the way they (Shannon, Jayden and Zara) style my hair. I now come in on a weekly basis to have my hair washed and blow dried. The staff are lovely and listen to your requirements and if something is not achievable then they will be honest and tell you. I had a Tropic facial for the first time today and it was bliss! Would definitely recommend this hair salon.

The best salon I’ve ever been to in leicester! After having a bad experience at another salon , I was extremely nervous about visiting a salon again. But after seeing the gorgeous cut and colour that they had done on my friends hair I booked an appointment at M & M hair . I wasn’t disappointed, in fact I was over the moon , I now take my daughter who loves it too. I’ve even started using there beauty department for my facials there amazing!! Thank you M&M Hair :))

I had my hair done by zara and I was very pleased with the outcome, my hair was an absolute mess before coming to the salon and now i wouldn’t let anyone but Zara at m and m touch it again!! Absolute amazing atmosphere and so so friendly. I would really recommend this salon!! X

Last week I was a model for the new Redken colour gel it is amazing not only is the developing time quicker but my hair looked shiny and healthy. Zara was very helpful and professional when explaining and colouring my hair. I would highly recommend the salon and the colour gel. Kerry Thorpe

Took my daughter to have her hair trimmed and put in pretty french braids, me and my daughter had a lovely experience..... my daughter was nervous to have her hair done but all of the staff made her feel comfortable and even had her giggling, genuinely couldn’t be happier and will be taking my daughter again (will be going myself when I have a few spare ££) so thank you to all the staff at m&m hair!

I use to love going here, but the boss seems to force the girls to forcably sell products I don't want! It got very uncomfortable in the end, probably cause I tipped well they thought I was made of money. Chelsea is great though. I found a much better place around the corner.
