1st time using this salon and it was great. Rang up and got in same day they even rang to see if i could come earlier as someone had csncelled suited me perfectly. The salon is very clean and fresh. Chloe my hairdresser was lovely. Very personable friendly made me feel very welcome and chatted away like old friends. I left feeling great with a beautiful new hair cut and a spring in my step. Thanks Chloe i would recommend you and the salon to anyone. Xxx

Lovely open salon, smoothly run +all staff so friendly.Cannot rate Zanaz highly enough. Have had my hair restyled & coloured by Rosanna..she's worked miracles on my home coloured hair. Cannot recommend Zanaz highly enough, 5☆ is not enough!!

Wow jade thanks so much she chatted to me about my recent break up shes a lovely person and cut my hair very well she is everything I would say your company needs and doesn't make you feel like a number shes an outstanding person and would definitely recommend my friends and family please pass this onto to Jade because I found her so friendly.

Really happy to see back open again, I’m sure it’s not been easy, but what a set up! Had my hair cut today, arrived at opening, expected a queue, name added to waiting list and number taken for contact so I new when to come back, advised I can monitor progress online which I did and It was accurate timings and updated regularly, was quite a wait but I new that, on a space becoming available I was texted 5 minutes before, on entering my name and cut was confirmed and I placed on my face mask, also my hands sanitized and temperature checked on the way in, for the changes and adaptations the barbers and salon have had to make, everything was smooth and well organised. I have a lot of respect for what they are achieving especially with all the changes. Thank you so much once again.

Love going to Zanaz to get my hair cut. A big thank you to Chloe, she always listens to my ideas, I've gone from long hair to short hair and back again, and now it's short again.

First visit today (and I really don't like going to hairdressers so I was up front about that which may have been helpful or not ) Nice comfy salon , online booking system great for me - can choose what service you want and who with and prices - so you know what you're going for and so do they. Chloe was great, listened to me and advised appropriately, didn't try to sell me a load of stuff I don't want and had a bit of humour as we both had bad coughs and were almost competing - I think Chloe won in the end, the cup of tea sorted me out. (Testament to Chloe's skill that she cut my hair so well considering amount of coughing and spluttering between us!!! Pleased with the haircut - great value, not near where I live but a short drive with free parking or short frequent bus journey. Good experience - I'll be back

Used the barber's today, my son has thick difficult hair, what a brilliant job, he's 12 and looks cool, it's important for kids to feel good about themselves, and the guy cutting did just that. Thoroughly recommend the barber's x

The men's side is very unwelcoming I feel, just want you in and out, women are greeted with smiles and drinks, hair cuts I feel are expensive at 10.50 I'm only on the chair for 10 mins. I think they need to rethink the mens side and make it more welcoming, if it was the other way round and it was all male hairdressers and women were complaining something would of been done by now. Seriously sort it out.

good Barbers, been a regular for 2 years now and they turned me away on Friday even though they were still open for another 20 mins, there is always a long wait and they are quite expensive, started to go elsewhere now, obviously being a regular counts for nothing here as they don't value customer service.
