C. L.Booked an appointment for 12 o clock and didn't get seen until 12.45. Wasn't told until 12.25 that there was going to be a delay. Disappointed with the reception staff not letting me know what was happening. Don't understand why I was booked in for 12 when the staff were still busy at this time.
However was very happy with the service I received from Owen - very friendly and cut my hair beautifully
