They always do the best braids, much better than any other place I've been to. They put care, time and attention into it and really finish up the braids well. Shape ups are crisp too. Always a relaxing experience just sitting there listening to the music and the barbers chatting away with each other. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend 👍👍👍

Been here twice, first time they fixed an unprofessional mess my last hairdresser done after I left feeling proud and happy. The service was fast and professional. Second visit was to get my hair done by them for the first time from scratch! I can not express in words how happy I was! Would definitely recommend! Been using this place for years. They are really skilled and your hair always looks amazing. I have recommended them so many family members that now use them. They lose a star because their pricing is inconsistent. I've been taking my daughter for 2 years and I have paid 3 different prices for the same hair style. It's really annoying and when challenge it they are quite dismissive. Also they are always late even you book an appointment. I will continue to use because they are really good but their costumer service skills need a huge improvement.

Really liked the single twist that was done. However the lady did not dunk my hair in the boiling water when finished to keep the hair from unraveling. It was only when being called back after payment, did she do so. Sadly, she only dipped the the ends and did not dip the hair all the way to near the root. When I got home, some of the twist unravelled, so was left with having to re-twist it myself and keep it in place. I was made to pay £5 more than the asking price, however I didn’t feel overall service warranted that charge (£90). Ive been here a few times and Ive had a great service when they’re doing other hairstyles. But I don’t think i would get a single strand twist here again

Very easy to get appointment there. Tbf my hair was done quite quickly, however its standard that the weave is cut or trimmed to the desired of the customer preference. This was the only thing they couldn't do to it. Other then that everything was good.

the hairstylist should work on listening to the customer first and mainly giving the customer what they want especially if the customer travel all the way back to the shop. I wasn't very happy with the sizes of my brands only of the top of my head so I came to the twice and even agreed to pay for the retouch but the hairstylist wasn't having it. I really like the people and everything but next time please don't have a attitude if a customer come back, try to understand from different prospective.

Fantastic salon! Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. My hairdresser did the most amazing job on my braids; I have never been so happy with the results coming out of a salon. It happens every so often in life that we encounter a backdoor, a secret, a mystery. An experience so unique that they become locked away in the chest of our memories as a precedent ever affecting our decisions afterward. The problem with such experiences is that afterwards every experience is compared to them but I've gotten ahead of myself ... Sami is a young man from Ethiopia. I am from the US. I walked into the barbershop where he works looking homely, hairy, and in need of a good barbering. Sami was pleasant and reserved making light conversation as I explained what I wanted. He assuredly responded as he gazed over my messy hair as though he'd already seen the statue in the marble block and needed no further explanation. Sami began his work with a gentleness so refined that I was put at immediate ease. Unlike barbers who scrape, slap, and grind razors into the head like bulldozers in a frenzy, Sami barbers with a finesse that goes way beyond the tenets of a typical barber. The fade was performed flawlessly. He didn't rush and he employed a focus that money could never motivate. From beginning to end I felt at ease and Sami directed my head around with gentle nudges in the direction where the cut needed to happen. There is something in Sami's barbering that reminds me of the Dao. Precise, gentle, focused, empathetic. Here charges £12 and performs a service that those charging three times this fee could never perform. Sami barbers with a rare passion that is motivated by excellence. No matter where I move in London on my own journey in the pursuit of what I love, I will always come back to this place, 3D Afro & European Unisex Hair Salon to experience again what I have just experienced today - a touch from heaven.

Highly recommended for single plaits and braids!!! I’ve been coming here for 3 years and come every other month for my protective hair style that get the most compliments. These brothers can seriously cut. Only downside is my guy was having a bit of a coughing fit. Trim was on point and cheap as chips but sharing germs ain't caring.... :-/

The few times I'd been here everything was really good and the hair was done well. But when I went to trim my split ends the experience really wasn't good at all. The guy combed, blow dried and trimmed my fro dry. I asked for moisturiser when he was blow drying and got charged £5 for it on top of the already £10 bill. I asked the guy why he responded patronisingly under the presumption I wanted it to be free. I told him that the few times I'd been here (and legit every other black saloon) I never had to ask for grease let alone pay for it. I also Pointed out that my hair wasn't wet when it was treated and he said that you don't wet Afro hair to trim it. Obvs that's not true bc the salon wet my hair when I went to trim it once upon a time. All in all this was not a good experience at all.
