If only I could choose more than 5 stars! Fabulous visit to the Amazon Salon. Greeted and taken care of super well by the friendly team. Salon is beautiful and in great location. Kelly cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and blow dried it to perfection. Had a 𝘾𝙊𝙇𝙊𝙐𝙍 consultation with her while I was there and am super excited to revisit to have that treatment done. SO HAPPY ABOUT MY BALAYAGE! Thank you Gökhan for doing my balayage, I‘m so happy with the results. Everyone is super professional; the salon is modern and equipped with state of the art technology. I was offered beverages and the Wifi is so good that I was able to work on my laptop during my entire treatment. The stylists know what they do and explain each step to you.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. I booked a hair appointment here for my mum, and the staff were so welcoming and caring, they truly made the experience special. Nadia did an excellent job with the colour and cut 🙂 mum is very happy! Also, the salon is clean and very tech savvy as you would expect from Amazon and they strictly follow covid protocols which is reassuring. 5 star experience and I highly recommend to all!

Love Nadia for her haircuts! She listens to what you want very closely and caters accordingly, and never tries pushing her opinions. This is my 2nd time I’m getting a cut from her, and would recommend her to everyone! My partner came here after some previous bad experiences with other hair salons in the area, she was nervous and didn't know what to expect – but the whole team really made her feel at ease. She was greeted warmly straight away and offered a seat and a drink. She had a full head of highlights, toner and blow dry and was extremely happy with the result! Fantastic blow dry this morning! I asked for big & bouncy and got exactly that. The stylist was super technical in his craft (advising me about dry ends etc.) and the staff in general were friendly and welcoming. Felt so good when I walked out - what more can you ask for?! The salon use Redken products which is a huge bonus and it’s all very tech savvy with iPads and phone chargers freely available. Will definitely be my regular in the City!

I have wavy indian hair. I had a cut and blow-dry by Korrell. He made me feel special and happy throughout. The cut was good and he was knowledgeable about thick wavy hair. Blow-dry very good. Kelly on front desk was kind and efficient. I would return for sure.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at the Amazon Salon. Kremena really listened to what I needed and together with her expertise and skills she worked through my hair and I am super happy and back in love with my hair as a result of her work. Her professionalism was top notch as she provided advise on how to take care of my hair and she was also extremely thoughtful and caring by offering her umbrella right after the hair cut so that my hair wouldn't get affected by the rain outside. I felt really cared for and looked after and can't wait to come back here for my next haircut.

Me and my 12yo daughter went in for much needed haircuts. I usually mess with my hair myself as I suffer from anxiety and hair salons are usually a no no for me. But as my daughter wanted a haircut I decided to go along. It was a excellent experience. I usually feel very anxious sitting at the chair but my hairstylist was brilliant. Fantastic this was my first appointment and very pleased with the result. Korell my stylist was amazing, he answered all my questions and provided me with lots of tips on how to maintain my hair, what products to use and why. The salon had a really nice vibe. I loved the orbing hairdryer much more comfortable than the cone dryers from the 1950s. Lots of interesting tech is being used in the salon. Best of all it's a totally inclusive environment the stylist do all types of hair. Of course, my favourite is Korell the hair genius. Lovely experience highly recommend Shirley

Korrel is just amazing. There are so few stylists that understand curly hair, I’m immediately felt safe and this is the second great cut and finish he’s given me. Yay! So happy - love my curls especially the way Korrel cuts them. They hold shape for two days easily, less frizz and better definition just from the cut.

Alex styled my hair, he was super professional and listened to my requests around keeping my hair long but cutting back only on the layers. The result was exactly what I was looking for, and I hadn't been to hairdressers in a year because had trust issues over my long hair, but he did such an amazing job! The products are lovely too, my hair smells so good and I saw that there is QRcode for the products to be able to scan into amazon basket which was impressive. Overall a 5/5 experience and will be returning for styling.

The staff were so welcoming, they were all friendly. My hair really needed a big chop, I wasn’t sure how short I wanted to go as I haven’t got my hair cut so short before. I had my keratin treatment today done by Gokhan, he was absolutely brilliant he explained the whole process guided me through each stage and gave me lots of hair care tips. He took a before and after picture and I actually couldn't belive it was my hair.He turned my dry frazzled strands in to long silky soft shiny hair I'm over the moon I couldn't recommend him highly enough an absolutely amazing talented guy.i can't wait to see what my hair looks like after 3 days and I'll definitely be booking all my future appointments at the amazon salon . I am beyond happy I decided to go ahead and book at the salon. I have; oily, wavy, thin but a lot of, mediterranean hair. I’ve only managed to have it cut a few times in my adulthood that allows it show its true bounce and now I’ve found Kremena. 🥰 I can not recommend her enough, if you have my hair type, definitely ask for her. She listened to my concerns; the annoying grey hairs situation and the lack of style/life, in my 2year old TikTok ‘trend’ abused birds nest, that I had presented to her on the 28th Jan. A month later I wake up with the best ‘bed head’, all it needs is either a pump of serum or a touch of mousse and I’m out the door. Thank you x100 please don’t move or disappear from this salon without telling me!
